***EXTREME PRICE CHANGE*** $17 for a large oxtail, used to be $12. $14 for a medium, used to be $8. They over charge on their... credit card fees, so bring cash instead to save money. Better yet, don't come here at all. There's no point in going hereanymore as it is no longer reasonably priced. They're more expensive than Golden Krust. Might as well go there instead, at leastthe food will taste decent. The oxtail recipe has changed and tastes odd, no longer savory, like it's lacking ingredients. Therice was dried out and crunchy, the texture is like undercooked rice. No amount of oxtail gravy could have saved it. I don'tknow if this place is under new management but they need to take lessons from the old one, and do better. I have never felt sooffended by a dish in my life. Read more
This is definitely a good jamaican restaurant. You can get a whole meal for $7.00 oxtails rice and peas with plantains ,not... bad.and the wait isn't long at all. Not to mention the young lady that works there customer service was pleasant.don't for getthere pineapple sodas, jamaican style. Read more
HORRIBLE !!! The food is completely disgusting , I read the reviews and decided to give them a try , I ordered Rasta pasta and... beef patty , coco bread & pea soup , all of it was HORRIBLE !! Pasta was greasy soaked everything , coco bread as old and peasoup tasted like it had flour in it . I brought everything back to get a refund and they don't refund !!! So I had to do anexchange , I exchanged everything for curry chicken , I figured you can't mess up curry chicken , WRONG !!! I am home again forthe x2nd time from this place and I'm even more pissed . The curry chicken taste like boiled chicken & rice . Completely wastedmy money going here , do not come here . The food is awesome. They have $5 lunch special all through the day and the entire week. The special includes any type of... chicken (you have an option out of 8 different flavors of chicken) it comes with rice, vegetables, and plaintains. So delicious! So affordable! Read more
My first time here and the lady who helped me was friendly and helpful. I got oxtails, Mac& cheese, and cabbage. Everything was... so tasty. I was impressed with the oxtails because they were falling off the bones. Read more
