This is one of the best restaurant in Jackson heights but they messed up my order so that happen with me and my friend last 3... days ago we went there and we order chili chicken and jhol momos I can?t believe what they did ,that chili chicken wasn?t onlychicken they mixed something else when I called the staff I saw him and went to him to find out what is that exactly and he toldme this is pork , but his confused and i told him it?s doesn?t look like pork it?s something else and he going inside and hecame back he told me that isn?t pork it?s probably beef or other things this needs to be fixed and the employees and staffshould know the recipes better then anyone they know hindu people come here and eat so if they asked for chicken and getsomething else mixed up with it people like myself will not be happy with it. The most authentic Nepali taste I have had since I came to New York. Momo, soft pork chilly with steam bun is my favorite in... here. The staffs are super friendly. I stopped at this delicious place just before getting on the LaGuardia Link bus Q70. They're food is delicious, the staff are... friendly and welcoming, and the prices and portions are fantastic! I had the Alu Dum appetizer (potatoes), and the Tofu Ngopawith rice. Highly recommend! Read more
We ordered food for pick up through phone and their telephone audio was HORRIBLE. So my sister could not understand what the... lady working at Spicy Tibet was saying and had apologized many times while asking for the customer service lady to repeat whatshe was saying. The employee who answered our phone gave us such an attitude while saying ?oh my god?? I?m wondering why? We didnothing wrong. Why did she complain about how busy the restaurant is to us? We are just another customer. It is not our faultfor how busy things are, your job is to take our order which we were respectful about. My sister did not deserve to be spoke towith such disrespect. Food taste alright, it was just more bitter eating such food after being spoken rudely by your employee.The cashier was fine, she said she will tell the lady who spoke on the phone with us but honestly that will not change her rudebehavior. Horrible customer service. Fix that attitude when people are coming to you kindly. WORST EXPERIENCE!! WORST RESTAURANT!!!! We ordered a bunch of order through Uber eats (9 items). I received only 2 chowmein and... a gyuma. When I reached out to the uber eats driver, he said he only got 2 bags, with different delivery addresses. So I calledSpicy Tibet, the girl on the phone was its not our fault, I sent the food,. I dont know anything else. The attitude with whichshe talked to a paying customer was absolutely terrible. I am shocked and surprised at how Spicy Tibet's owner hires people withthese kind of attitudes. No matter how many times I tried to explain the situation to her she was not listening at all, and keptrepeating the same thing over and over again in a rude way., and said I don't care you are not going to get a penny back when werequested for a refund. Never ordering from here again. Shame on spicy Tibet for treating your customers in such a bad way. Idon't care about the missing food, it was the way they talked and treated us. Read more

I have eaten here many times before and have never been disappointed also the prices are very reasonable Most recently I had the... vegetarian momo's in a spicy sauce and they where the best yet. I would recommend trying the butter tea especially on a chillyday. Read more
