This location can get busy at times. The handlers who give out the orders rarely check for item # listed on the drinks when... giving them to customers. Most times I caught the mistake and told them there?s more to the order. I had to drive back for myitems that they forgot every now and then. Every time I come here I am happy with what I get. Today to be honest felt so magical with the two females that were working the... front register at 8am. I have to compliment the staff because despite being slammed with orders they were working diligently andit is nice to see people enjoy what they do. Whether you want hot coffee like my husband gets or an iced drink like I do youwill find something you like. I also tried the new chicken with maple butter and egg sandwich. Sooooo good. Love the staff here. Very friendly. They get pretty busy so there is a little bit of a wait which is expected. The mobile app is... probably the best way to order and then pick it up at your quoted ready time, that is if your drink is available to be ordered. Read more
Place needs a little cleaning. We wanted to sit in and sip our coffee but the tables were so dirty, the floors were filth and... garbage piled to brim of the disposal area. Now I?m all about having fun at work but? had to remind my server what a venti looklike. Otherwise the coffee taste good and the servers were pleasant. Read more
Visited this location due to their current promotion of holding flavors and was looking forward to enjoy some morning joe. The... lines were decent and the barista service was excellent. We ended up getting pumpkin spice latte and caramel brûlée latte. Wewere in and out of the location in less than 10 minutes. Only thing I would recommend increasing the social distance. Read more

Please have more consistent check-ins with people on pick-up area! Make sure they didnt order to the wrong store or have had... their orders stolen. It doesn't take long- even when busy- and makes sure your customers are happy and feel attended to. Justask if they ordered to the right address, or what they are waiting on, and give a quick update. Also if items are missing(because out of stock or items were taken by the wrong person) offer refund/remake or exchange when you know the customer didntreceive all of their order...don't just say "oh I can't see it here (in the pickup area)" and walk off? Also more cleaning ofthe lobby would be nice but I understand it can get busy here. That isn't as pressing as the pick-up issue. Display items notorganized and just thrown together. Looks bad/lazy presentation. Same with display case and food fridge. This is more nit-pickybut I don't understand why not put more effort into presentation? Make your workplace nice to work in...
