As always, their coffee tastes burnt and is FAR too expensive. You can get better coffee at McDonald's or at 7-11, and at a more... reasonable price. Read more
The young staff are all nice and kind but the tables are always dirty and sticky. Crumbs on the floor. Wifi speed is SLOW so I... end up using my own 5G phone for my laptop. So the customers always end up cleaning the chairs and table before they sit. Toobad. :( Read more
Pick up order was incomplete because they stopped to process other orders. Then we got the drink with no strawberries and we had... to ask for strawberries. In which they said they didn?t have them at the time (it was literally a 30 sec difference in time sowhat time is he referring to) then he tossed them in without cutting them up! The nerve of them. I understand ice is the most expensive and important part of a drink. If the customer mention "light ice", I think Starbucks... can save some valuable ice for next costumer. I don't know what Starbucks employee think about if they get a $5.5 drink withthree quarters ice. Read more
Tricky promo. Today I was in the store 254-21 Horace Harding Expy in NY. I found a promo called ?Gifting on the go?. In a... basket and in the storage says that. I picked up cup, that, with the discount I should pay 8.40 dollars. The cashier told methat the final price instead of that was the full price because that item wasnt in promotion. Staff is ok but for starbucks music tends to be on the higher side. Also not really liking the new interior. Also don?t see... the wireless chargers on table anymore they never used to work but would have been nice if they actually fixed them now thatpretty much most phones support it.
