Always clean and my drink comes out perfect every time!
It would have been okay visit, I am a frequent customer of this place. But today, the audacity of your staff reached to a next... level of racism. I ordered my usual two hot lattes and two oatmeals. Got my lattes, but never got oatmeals. When asked where?smy breakfast, I got an answer - ?Oh, you have ACCENT?. I asked to repeat what they said, and they repeated it louder that I haveaccent. No apology. No ?please let me get this right?. I asked them kindly to shove the breakfast, and left. Later I realizethat they did not even get the Lattes right (see the pic). With a simple apology the problem would have been gone. Now, I?m outof 15 bucks, no coffee, no breakfast. Guess whether I am returning? Read more
Very clean and organized. Such a great place to study or relax. Personal were very attentive and kind ! Great service !
Trust me when I say go anywhere but here first of all these people just don?t know how to make coffee, Every time I get an iced... espresso they put the ice and then run the hot espresso over the ice which waters it down to the point where it literally justtaste like I?m drinking coffee flavored water. every time I order from here I always specify that I want the ice put last but nomatter how many times I specify or ask they still always make it the wrong way. Coming from a barista of seven years that is nothow you make coffee. God forbid you even correct them you just get the worst attitude ever. Specifically today I corrected thebarista who is making the coffee incorrectly and told him to remake it because I did not want my coffee water down he proceededto try and still serve me the coffee I just complained about. Terrible terrible terrible service. Starbucks please if you guysare gonna be charging a lot of money for a coffee then you should train your employees to understand and know how to make aproper coffee. Stopped by to grab a mobile order. Didn?t catch his name, but it was a new hire I believe making the order. He was quick and did... a great job with the order! I definitely don?t think I?d be able to keep up as well as he did with the foot traffic at thislocation. If you're looking for a Starbucks location that will make your drinks right, is fast, and be well kept -- this is your spot. If... you are here to try to get work done, best go somewhere else.
