Just had a bad experince today at this store. Employees are rude and disrespectful. Was about to use a restroom and didn't know... that the one I used was for "employees only" didn't actually saw the sign. I said sorry twice! But then one of the girl employeeraised a voice on me and I was treated in a rude manner. Just want to voice that one out because starbucks employees should betaught to be kind and respectful to their custumers regardless of their mistakes. To that specific employee, next time youshould know your place. You could have told me that in a nice way and I would understand. However, my experice today I will makesure that it would never happen again. You never know what people are going through and you could have say those words to me ina nice tone. I was caught off guard and didn't had the chance to defend myself. I hope starbucks company should do somethingabout this and put an emphasize regarding rude behaviors of your employees. Update: I just learned this location does NOT HAVE 2 BATHROOMS!, the desing needs remodeling in order for the employee's... bathroom not to be exposed to customers because they want to use it and get upset not understanding why, although the door has asign that says "Employees Only". Have you ever seen a barista use the customer's bathroom in any location? Nop, bcs it's hiddenor mostly on the back, like restaurants. It would be great if Starbucks could re-design that area to avoid people asking to usethe bathroom for employees. On the other hand, honestly, there's no other Starbucks in the area that lifts you up with anhonest smile, a joke or even a nice message when you order delivery like this location, is just the fact they don't really haveto do it but they do anyways and that's very kind ? Also their drinks are always super delicious!, it is always full ofcustomers and orders, but employees are extremely fast, treating everyone nicely and helping eachother so the wait time is notbad and if you don't want to wait, when I order through the app from my job, it is always ready by the time the app tells me topick it up. The store is always very clean, the common areas, bathroom and the bar where they do the drinks. Food, veberagesare always perfect quality and if you don't get what you wanted, they make it again!! ? They should clean coffee pot or should put filter properly. Cuz every time I buy coffee. Coffee sed or small black things come... to coffee. 8/14/22 I bought one large coffee and one large argrey tea. They put all the strings and tea label into cup. Supposedstrong and label put out. MANAGER, read please! If you close before than 10 , please don?t write 10 pm on google maps. We lost money time and trust... against your company! It was 9.42 pm when I arrived to this starbucks location and I drove 15 minute (2.5 miles) to get a coffeeand be able to stay awake on my night shift. When I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe today it was way too milky tasting . when I got up to ask the barista if she could... add me a free coffee shot in my frappe because my frappe was way too milky tasting for my liking all the baristas declined mefree my coffee shot. I left the Starbucks and dumped my frappe in disappointment that I would even like a refund I will nownever come back to this starbucks this behavior was extremely unproffesional. Read more
I wish they change the way to place the order I don't understand why they always in some way manage to write my name down WRONG... ALWAYS i don't get it, i going to do something i don't like witch is i gonna be like that the poor guy you know... Worse iced caramel machiatto ever, was milk abs whipped cream. The server used the wrong lid because he forgot the whipped... cream, apologized, added the cream and the little coffee in my drink cane all out of the cup making a mess, he cleaned itinstead of make another one.
