I always order a grande ice shaken espresso and today what they gave me was a bunch of ice in a cup with some little coffe. I... normally need 30-45 minutes to finish this type of drink and today I only needed 10 minutes and that was when I realized theamount of ice they put was not normal. I have went to this Starbucks a couple of times and either they put cow milk in my drink when I clearly ask for almond milk or... the drink is watered down. They put the wrong name on my cup as well. Had a great experience today! Starbucks can be so confusing at times and Jason made it a breeze. Best Starbucks Barista ever!... Super helpful, accommodating and welcoming. Jason was an all around great server and answered not just all of my questions butthose of his coworkers as well. A real super star support for all his coworkers to lean on! Looks ???? pretty from the outside, but when u go inside it?s pretty dirty and needs a clean up ???? person to clean up after... all them kids that go in there. ITS OPEN, LETS GET IT!!!!! ?????? I remember years ago when the rumor for this land was going to be saved for Burger King but... it never happened due to Hurricane Sandy. To see that Starbucks was the end result after all these years makes it evenbetter. I?ve been out here in the rock for 19 years, and the Dunkin Donuts in the area have the worst management which leads toeven worse customer service on top of coffee that taste like army mud coffee. To whomever thought about putting a Starbuckshere, I appreciate you 100% and I also hate you because now everyday I have a Starbucks that?s on my route to work which meansI?m going to be broke. This review has been a long time coming! This store gets a consistent 5 STARS from me for their service & hospitality!! And not... to mention, my macchiato is perfect every morning ???? I am always greeted with smiles & good conversation!! A lot of peopleneed to be mindful of the fact this is a new store with a group of employees that needed to be trained and are still learning.It will be slow at times till they get into their groove which is coming from what I see. A lot of things people complain aboutare things that are out of their control. Ease up. Your coffee was good though, right? Special thanks to Marie and Toya whoalways make me feel like family!!
