We purchased cinnamon bagel and 2 coffees. We found piece of glass inside the dough of the bagel. I called wanted to speak with... manager or supervisor. They told me that supervisor is on break. Next thing i know that i am speaking with Johana who told methat she is the supervisor and was being super sarcastic about it. We could have been injured having to find piece of glassinside the bagel. She kept on answering OH OKAY. When i informed her that you are not taking this seriously, she respondedsaying "Did you want me to say i am sorry about this" i was shocked to hear this type of answer from a supervisor. Her excusewas that she is having a long day. She wanted me to return to the store to get refund and get bagel on the house. Also she toldme that she doesn't know how to handle this type of calls. my biggest concern is that who made this lady a supervisor? She wassuper relaxed about this matter. SHAME ON THIS LOCATION for having an employee who is holding a supervisor title who has no ideaon how to handle situations. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!! Starbucks please give Johana more training. I have been loyal and giving mybusiness to starbucks for long time to get this type of service. also i just seen a reponse from starbucks, i forgot to mentionthat they are unable to assist. Read more
Clean cafe. Nice staff. Restrooms remind you of a city stall (we know that smell and feel). Drinks were made quickly and to... taste. The ran out of match so I tried the chai tea latte and my husband tried a caramel macchiato. Read more

Great workers, understaff during peak hours. Starbucks has a respected name but every time I walk in here they only have 1... cashier and 1 barista with 10 customers waiting for drinks and another 10 on line. The workers try there best, but this isunacceptable to wait 10 min for a shot of espresso. Will reconsider review if they get people out faster. Good location, badmanagement for a long time. Disappointing. They pretty much don't have anything in stock for the Caramel ribbon crunch. it's my favorite. And they could not... give me extra caramel drizzle. a simple request. make that a 0 star. Read more
Super friendly staff, excellent hand crafted drinks! Music is pretty good too! Here they a quick and professional. Green tea... frappuccino is my favorite. Can't go wrong with an iced lemon loaf or try the bantam bagels!! Read more
