What a welcome experience at this Starbucks!!! I came in at around 8:45pm on Monday and was immediately greeted by a young man... who was busy working but stopped what he was doing and asked me how he could help. That was so fast!!!! So I ordered a brownieand he asked me if I wanted it heated up. While he was heating up the brownie the another friendly employee greeted me and sherang me up at the register. Ana the manager today (03/27) had a nasty attitude. She made the drink wrong and snatched it back with an attitude and when I... ask to speak to the manager she said it was her. Stating how she doesn?t have an attitude. She has horrible customer service andif she?s treating someone who speaks English in FLUSHING like this I can?t imagine how she deals with customers who don?t. Willnot be coming back to this location. Starbucks do better and hire managers who aren?t rude and can?t admit they have an attitudeproblem. Read more
