Nice Xi?an restaurant in New York. I?ve been there for over 5 times and have also ordered delivery. The meat burgers are great... and authentic. The pork burger is my must-have. There is a lot of meat in it with a relatively cheap price. The noodles withsoup are not as good as the burgers. They always come with scarce ads-on like meat, potatoes in it. Basically you will expect abowl of noodles in the soup and a little meat and vegetables. There are always seats in the restaurant and my average waitingtime is about 5-10 minutes. Hey I came here to check out the world renowned spicey cumin lamb. I really love the aesthetic and atmosphere created in this... establishment. The authentic Chinese food smelled so good and classic hip-hop music playing in the background really was anamazing mix to experience. When it came to the menu I rushed my order. I wish I had taken more time to look at the menu so Icould have tried the spicey cumin lamb burger. Besides that everything was perfect. Make sure to use the black vinegar! =) Read more

Been watching clips on YouTube on this chain during the pandemic and really a must visit when visiting NYC. Ordered the... signature spicy cumin lamb hand-ripped noodles (dry). As the owner suggested (from the poster on the wall and not from himdirectly of course..haha), their dish needs to be eaten with it's signature chili, but one can ask for a milder spicy but can'tdo with no chili at all to get their intended dining experience. As someone who likes chili and can take spicy but not toospicy, I went with the standard spicy and wow, the owner was right. It was really good. At first bite, I was like..hmm...thisisn't so spicy, but as soon as you take more and more bite, the spicy does come out slowly but in a good way. I like that thechili provide the right amount of tang, spiciness and flavor. The noodles, lamb and vegetables also soak up the chili nice andevenly which was really impressive from my opinion. When it comes to mixing ingredients with chili/oil and sometimes it can getoverly-soaked with the oil causing numbness which one would not be able to taste the entire dish properly. Some chili oil arealso way too numbing spicy but the chili oil use at Xi'an Famous Food is really just perfect. The hand-ripped noodles were alsoamazing, chewy and fresh. Really enjoyed this dish and hope to be back. Highly recommended and you can find them at differentlocations in NYC. For a chain, this is really very well done. Read more
