They need some better workers with out attitude. I can?t believe they got my order wrong not only that when i asked can we fix... it gave me the attitude of the life time not one all 3 employees. This is first time in starbucks I guess this location. Read more
for the first time ever, I actually liked the folks working at a Starbucks.
I've been coming here for a while now. Overall, the same lady baristas are amazing! They get your order quickly and correctly.... My drinks are always delish, and they are friendly. They would get my five stars. What motivated me to write this awful reviewis, Vincent. Not sure if he is the manager, but I have seen him belittle his employees in front of customers, and not only that,but he has been rude to customers. UPDATE: It?s all good now! Because late and every time they give me the wrong order. Like I order extra sweet and they didn't give any syrup or suger.
Great place to grab coffee between classes, but make sure you have ample time, the lines can get extremely long. Early mornings... are best to go, that's when there's less people. Read more
It may not be a corporate Starbucks that accepts rewards or some promotions, but you can still use your card to get points.... Additionally, it is one of the most congested due to undergrad and graduate students that flock to it. Always allocate anadditional ten minutes for wait times in case you need a coffee in a hurry. In other aspects the atmosphere is lively andsymbolizes the NY rush. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Thus, it creates a great atmosphere of rush and helpthat one needs to get through the day. Read more
