The tall older African American wearing sunglasses is the slowest employee i ever witnessed. And its around making sandwiches.... He did not seem to have any mental problems to at warrant. But he is always abnormally slow. Management needs to seriously lookinto this employee. If he is for some reason the owner he is not following subway guidelines and protocol around makingsandwiches. The sandwich layout station is created in a specific way to pump out as many sandwiches as possible. While this dudetook 20 minutes to make my sandwich today. Management needs to replace him i can only assume he is working like that on purpose.Waste. Read more

Simple request to toast the bacon extra outside of the sandwich, and then toast the sandwich a little was a problem for the... manager and the worker like it was leaps and bounds to understand what to do. Manager said out loud ?make him go to one of theother subways,? he was a big African American guy, genuinely the worst manager I?ve ever encountered anywhere. They then went onto put so little vegetables on the sandwich it was almost meaningless going there. I just want to say thank you to the lady behind the counter. We came in with a HUGE order for Home Depot with idk how many... different kinds of sandwiches, on different breads, literally none of the sandwiches were the same. She absolutely nailed it!She was by herself and had us out of there in no time, it was incredible! None of the sandwiches were wrong! She did an amazingjob!!! Read more
Update June 4th - again store is not open.... time for new management ... Update OCT 12 - store open late lots of customers... came and left due store not opened . Once door opened the toaster was not properly heat up and was being cleaned . If you openat 835 and is already late you should be ready for customers . the good: fresh food, friendly staff, clean atmosphere andstore. The bad: store operating hours are inconsistent. Continue to see this issue time and again and nothing seems to be doneabout it. If you are going to be making money during rush hours 10-11 am on M-F are not an option. Watch out for a this subway fast food. I have a coupon today. I asked if I could use it they said ok but when the sandwiches and... wrap are done they ask me to pay regular price. Coupon is useless. Never coming back here. Every time I redeem a subway coupon, they don?t work. I?m deleting my text messaging from SUBWAY. Their TEXT is useless also. Not only that they gave me wrongchange. I had $11 on the dot and when I ordered I gave the guy working the counter my money for him to tell me I only paid $10. Even... though I insisted I paid him $11 dollars he refused so I had to fish out another dollar in coins from my bag, then guy gave methe wrong change. Read more
