Please change your HOO. Google says you're open at 8 AM. Your own posted hours say you're open at 8 AM. Illuminated Open sign is... turned on, but nope.....the Employee looks at me attempting to come in for a breakfast sandwich at 9:15 AM and gives me the??????????? Read more

Don?t go here. I placed an order on Seamless/Grubhub and the delivery guy never delivered the order, so I canceled it and... reordered it for a pickup. I get to the store and was told they couldn?t fill the order because the driver took two orders whenhe was only suppose to take one order and then never delivered either one. Considering the new order was for a pick up, I triedto show them the order and explain but the girl was saying told me that the manager would not allow her to fill the order evenwith me there. She literally told me ?We don?t know if you?re scamming or not.? Read more

Well this place is around 2-3 stars. I say this because getting online orders is a huge mistake. You will get an air sandwich... rather then one with enough to eat. However, if you go to the store you can make sure they don't only give you two pieces ofturkey And a small amount of lettuce. And please don't order from here after 6pm they have almost nothing left for you to get. Read more

Roach in my ?chopped salad?. First off my CHOPPED salad was made incorrectly so I was reaching out to notify them on that. The store has an amazing staff especially the small lady is very kind. Her name was probably Shiela. She also gave me a cookie... for free because they didn?t have guac at the store. Other staffs are also helpful and friendly. Very clean environment andtasty food. Recommend going there again and again. Read more

When I entered the Subway restaurant located on 165-58 Baisley Blvd., I was greeted by an associate that asked me for my order.... I stated I would like to order a grilled chicken salad and he responded with a question that was difficult to understand becauseof his mask and strong accent. I asked him to repeat himself and he became agitated that I was still unable to hear him ask thequestion, "Regular or Chopped?" At that moment, I knew the service was going downhill especially when he returned from the backroom with a clear plastic bowl that looked NOTHING like the image seen on the menu board or online. I questioned him about itand he strongly kept claiming that the bowl in his hands is bigger than the picture because I was getting a 12oz bowl incomparison to an 8oz shown in the image. Although, I wasn't able to confirm his allegation I continued with the order andproceeded to request my toppings. The associate was very light handed with the toppings because the bowl was practically emptyafter he finished. He claimed once again that the chopped ingredients made the bowl look empty. At this point, I 'm frustratedand hungry so I continued with the order to only find out that he charged me $7.99 plus tax for an item that shows on their menuboard and online as $7.50. He claimed once again for the third time that the corona virus caused the prices to go up. I becameupset that the owner of that location had time to change the prices in the system, but failed to acknowledge it on their menuboard. Not only did this location false advertise their image of the product, but it charged a price that wasn't even accurateon the menu. Read more
