Entered into the subway at around 12pm to order lunch for my kids and I. We waited around 5min before someone came to the front... to take our order. The lady came and asked how she can help us n when u began to speak she walked away clearly while being onthe phone . We then had to wait for q few more min. Overall the sandwiches are great, just one thing a Hindu person that works there as a cashier, and you know makes the sandwiches... is a rude person, I'm a new customer for subway, so I don't know which bread is which I'm telling this to this person and hedoesn't care so he keeps telling me to choose a bread, it may not be that bad but it's honestly bad for new customers. Worst customer service by the manager here . A west Indian lady who told me I couldn't have the pizza sub at the price listed on... the menu which was $4.99 for a foot long. She told the other cashier to charge me full price and said she forgot to change theprice. Then she goes to me I can only have 3 toppings as that's how corporate wants them to run . When I asked her for her nameshe rudely told me to check on the door . This location is someone named Singh as owner and operator . Total disregard ofcustomer and being loud in front of the other customers who were there made me embarrassed and I walked away from the location.She also told me not to come back to this location if I didn't like the service there. I go to this Subway every day. So it is the best. They know what I want I don't even need to open my mouth. I keep my headphones... on while they prepare the sandwich. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Don't forget for their specials. Chicken parmesan andcreamy Sriracha sauce. Only thing that could be improved is that this Subway doesn't have a restroom almost every other Subwaydoes. Read more
I see a lot of reviews citing how rude the staff can be. Honestly I never had a problem here. I find the staff is always polite... to me. The place is kept up and the food is fresh. I enjoy it from time to time. Read more
Best Subway franchise I have ever been to. Everything looks the same as any other subway restaurant but the service is notably... better. They seemed to care more about how they put together their subs. The lady took her time at doing it and it felt betterthan any other I have tried.. their freshly made Curad coffee was great as well. I order a sandwich and I was pretty clear with my order but an employee gave me ham when no where in my order I asked for ham.... If I was like anyone else I would eat however my religion don?t not allow to eat ham. Read more
