The staff is friendly enough, but they skimp on the portion size. Put just 4 olives on a footlong sandwich.. along with the... amount of meat and other condiments. Read more

They have a big sign that says "Now Open until 10:30" And when I got there at 10 pm the guy told me that their toaster was off... and that he was only serving cold sandwiches. Interestingly enough he was taking online orders, which tells me he wasn't being100% accurate. I'm never going here again, if you're going to close at 10 don't have a sign that says you're open until 10:30. Read more

They always seem to have problems with online order / app order. They always forget something from the sandwich. Today, I order... Italian BMT and went there for pickup, they did not put any hams and pepperonis just veggies... so they made me a new one butstill.. I would understand ppl make mistakes if they are rly busy dealing with lots of customers but the store was empty andthey can?t even take a single online order properly haha Read more

Racist and rude employees (particularly the female employees). When my foot long was made, the female employee only put one... layer of cold cuts that was spread far apart. When it came time to pay, she overcharged me. She charged me for add ons that Ishouldn't have been charged. The sandwich that I wanted had guac in it (I forgot which one). The sandwich was on the menu andwas already more expensive than other sandwiches due to the guac. The employee charge me additional money because of the guaceven though it was supposed to be in the sandwich. She also did not let me swipe my subway card, even though the previouscustomer was able to use their subway card. This experience has deterred me from returning to any subway restaurants in thefuture. I used to eat at subway at least 4 times a week. After this event, I have surprisingly been able to easily avoid eatingat subway. This is the only subway restaurant that I have had a negative experience with but it has somehow deterred me fromgoing to any other subways. It disgusts me how the employees at this subway are rude towards customers who are notIndian/Bengali/South-Asian. Read more
