This place no good... My wife order a roast beef for me and there was barely any meat and veggies on and we ordered the 12 ft... sandwich I took it back and showed them what it was they said only six slices cut like paper. I should have gone done the blockand payed less and got a real sandwich. I had to take the other half to put in just to make a full sandwich. This was one of the worst subway experiences I've ever had. I had to wait far too long for the sandwich artist to attend to me,... and even they she was excessively hostile. When she ran out of pepper jack cheese, she just put on Swiss rather than going tothe back and getting more pepper Jack. Additionally, she rushed me as I was ordering veggies by constantly asking me which sauceI wanted. Finally, she didn't offer me my receipt. When I asked for it, she gave me the merchant copy. Ordered online with VERY specific instructions (I eat Subway almost every day). What's the point in writing instructions if they... aren't followed?! I was given NO extra vegetables I asked for, had very little of the ones I was given, not told about missingcucumbers, probably saw 4 flecks of oregano, and saw hardly any S&P. I was lucky I went back in to ask for the sandwiches to befixed, because I noticed they also skimped on the number of meat slices Subway is supposed to use (i.e. 8 slices of Turkey)! Hetried counting out 8 on one sandwich when there were clearly 7. Eventually he "fixed" the sandwiches but they both turned outincredibly sloppy. First of all, the person working there didn?t feel like he wanted to make my sandwich since I was the only customer in there.... Next when he made the sandwich, he didn?t ask the type of bread or cheese I wanted and just made the sandwich. Be cautious, extremely dishonest store. Today they said cash only, so I gave them $10 for the $3.80 6-inch sandwich. Then they... gave me the change of only $5.20 even though I already saw on the screen it clearly showed the change should be $6.20. Finallyafter I showed them the calculator, I got my $1 back. I saw the pos?s screen show nothing wrong so the cash only might be atrick to force you to use cash and get less change. Besides, normal subway gives you 6+6+4 slices of meat in foot-long BMT, butevery single time this store?s worker tried to block your view and gave you less meat. Read more

Came around Lunch time and the staff were really nice and helpful. I asked for a footlong turkey and cookies. The lady noticed I... had my daughter with me so she gave my daughter a bag of chips and a cookie on the house. Great impression! Will be backwhenever I'm in the mood for Subway Read more

It was a small place with no electricity nor soda. When I first walked in I thought it was abandoned but I soon found out it was... open. There are no lights at all and thought something bad was gonna happen. He took my order but there appeared to be no heatnor oven to heat my sandwich. When the sandwich was done I got 2 medium cups of soda and it appears that there is no soda sothey just said to get the bottled version. I recommend that they get electricity and heat so they can attract more customers Read more

Placed an order online for pick up, get to the store and not only was my order NOT ready, but they denied having received my... order in their system, even though I had already been charged for it. Guy on the counter calls someone on the phone and they goback and forth for a while. After that he puts me on the phone with someone who I believe is the manager (never introducedhimself), and tells me the same thing, that my order was never received and that I should contact Subway. Seriously?! Didn'teven bother to ask for my confirmation number, and instead of him offering to check on their system, he suggested I call thecompany for THEIR screwup. I walked out of there with no food and a charge on my credit card. Will be calling Subway later for arefund. TERRIBLE customer service, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Read more
