Today I ordered a breakfast combo which is a 6inch sandwich with small coffee at $5.99, but the lady charged me separately in... orig sandwich + small coffee price until I called it out..?Meanwhile she walked a few steps to check the pricing of the combo Imentioned). Besides that, I ordered Bacon, Egg, Cheese sandwich, but I end up with Egg+Cheese sandwich, which made me even morewordless...I also figured I should have pay more attention while she's making the sandwich, but this overall experience stillsucks. I tried to be more understanding, thinking she might not hear me well, however, it's not just a one-time thing, it was aseries of actions that made me feel like she's either not knowledgeable in the menu items, her mind is not at work, or it's hersimply trying to charge me more with less items. A sidenote, the veggies in the sandwich didn't taste fresh, it was sour...Nevercoming back again, one of the worst experience in my lifetime. Read more
Today was my first & last experience at this location. The shop looked dingy & not well kept. Second- the lady making my... sandwich completely BURNT my bread.(You can literally smell it through the toaster) She tried to wrap it quickly so I wouldn?tnotice & when I asked her to remake my sandwich... she refused & tried to justify ?that?s how it?s supposed to look. The employees are oblivious regarding the Subway APP. They do not understand that customers CAN PAY with the APP. Be careful... -- There's a pile of good lettuce and a pile of old lettuce with mostly white pieces and brown fringes. The lady filled mysandwich with the old lettuce today! Unbelievable how rude the staff are to customers! The one man who's usually there issimply miserable! Always in a bad mood! He wouldn't let me use my Subway Rewards Card to redeem a sandwich. He asked mesuspiciously: "Are you a customer here?" (As if that's a requirement to use the Rewards Card) I've accumulated over 100 pts.at his store! I walked out. NEVER going back there. Read more
