This is a great Taco Bell. I come here almost every day of the week for a burrito or a single taco or something cause a filling... $2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito is a great and quick option for lunch or even as breakfast. There are a couple ofreasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. 1. UPDATE: They actually do have the frozen drink machine but it never lets you orderany from the app because it says they're unavailable at this taco bell location. They don't have a machine for the frozendrinks. I'm never able to use my free baja blast freeze reward or try any of the other limited edition frozen drinks that TacoBell releases cause they just don't have them here. 2. They don't allow you to order breakfast through the app. I typicallyorder their lunch items through the app so I can get in and out of there quickly before heading to work. I reallyyyy don't wantto waste 10 minutes of my day a few times a week to have to order breakfast in-store and then wait for someone to make it. Thus,I've rarely ever ordered breakfast despite actually wanting hashbrowns and other breakfast menu items. 3. I've noticed that thedoritos locos taco shell isn't always the freshest. It doesn't happen too often, but it does happen enough for me to want tomention it. It's never fully stale or anything, but you can tell when its been around for a while cause the crunch and textureis different. I'm guessing it's not a very popular item and so they don't go through as many of those shells as they do with theregular ones, but they should try to fix that. 4. Sometimes they can mess up with portions. This doesn't happen superfrequently, but again, as someone who orders from here almost everyday, it happens enough for me to need to mention it. Thesecond to last time I ordered, the fries container was only half full, I've gotten a cheese container at a different time thatwas only half full, I was given nachos bellgrande in a smaller container before (for the same price), etc. Read more
It?s alright if your going for not expensive food. But it?s unhealthy in how they prepare it and all. Time to time it doesn?t... look hygienic when it comes to preparing the meals. It?s like thrown around. Read more
Nobody wants to work anymore. Guy behind the counter stood back there and watched a line form at the register and refused to... take any orders. If we didn't ask he would have just stood there until the line went out the door. Not everyone wants to use thekiosk and have a crowd around them while ordering. How hard would it have been to take our order. So instead of making somemoney off me I left. I don't work there and I certainly don't get any discount for doing someone else's job by placing my ownorder. Basic customer service does not exist here. Here's how it works everywhere else. I give my order to an employee. Theemployee either passes on the order to other employees making the food or they make it themselves. What's next? I place my ownorder and make the food?!?!!! Lazy bums probably think they're worth more money too. Laughable. This place is surrounded by alldifferent kinds of food where the people take and make the order. Folks, give your money to people who will work for it... Thisplace should close. Read more
They should accommodate more staff or better train them to speed up their output; the deliveries and drive through/customer... service together makes the customers/delivery staff's mostly have to wait longer period of time to get their orders Read more
Not the most cleanest store I visited, really Taco Bell low their standards of cleanest, I will understand when it?s busy you... don?t have time to clean but I saw 4 people in the line doing not much. Place is clean but pretty small. Good service and food. However, they forgot one item from my order and by the time I realize I... was missing the item - it was too late to go back. So check before leaving that you got your full order! Read more
The food there is delicious. Personally, I have never had a problem with the taste of my food. Sometimes, however, it takes too... long to be prepared. The restaurant is always clean. They do prepare the store for the next day late at night, and it feels likean inconvenience to eat there. I don't like that feeling. Read more
