The service was fast but the coke tasted like seltzer water? A little dirty but at least there was somewhere to sit.
I would go here all the time, but yesterday after paying in the app for pickup, the manager said I never paid and demanded I... paid in cash since I didn't pay in full. I showed her my app which showed that I paid the amount needed (which was less than shewanted due to redeeming a reward), but she denied it and demanded I pay her with cash or cancel order. I said she can cancel. Inever got my money back. Absolutely horrendous behavior. Showed her the total in app + my Google Pay payment. Read more
Cashier/customer service is friendly and service of food is usually fast. The store is relavently clean when I occasionally... visit. Sadly despite that, whenever this is the second time that I ordered the cheese quesadilla WITHOUT jalapeno sauce, it nowseems to be the opposite where it still finds its way in there. Please follow instructions if there is an option in the digitalmenu/verbal request to remove or add something. (Please note that the additions are correct such as tomatoes, lettuce etc. Butsimply not adhering to the option of removing the sauce). Read more

Exactly what you expect from a Taco Bell,Very convenient and efficient.Not a long wait and clean environment... Manager Mr Rahat... is nice & friendly, hardworking always walking around to making sure that everything is ok ???? I see he handle everything sowisely.. Food was decent but service was slow and inconsistent. Some.items.wer.done.right some not and took way too long to fix. Part of... the problem I think is they are short staffed and it's a busy location.. Lobby area was clean and in the hour 45 minutes we werethere they did sweep and wipe tables 4 times. Good food, good service...atmosphere its downtown jamaica...it seems they are working on cleanliness in dining area...but u know
