I loved the customer service that was given to me by the employee named Tiffany that was behind the register . When I walked in... she did not hesitate to ask me if I needed help, I actually came in before on a day that she was not here and I noticed that thedinning room was as expressly filthy . Ok not too sure exactly why this location does not keep up with the maintenance of thestore but I can insure that Tiffany was on her A game . I am pregnant and spend a little time in the store doing my report anddigesting my food so I was able to see her work and she immediately cleaned up any mess that caught her eye : she even walked upto me and asked me if she could take my trash . I almost wanted to give her a tip ! But I know that?s not fast food policy. Butif she was a waitress I?d definitely give her a tip. She was very kind and welcoming she made my experience so great I almostdid not want to leave ?????? I will definitely be back for more food . Read more
Close to home, open late but just a warning. After 6PM it gets very crowded. I understand that it can be overwhelming when you... are taking drive through orders and also walk in orders but the managers need to train the workers on how to handle each ordercorrectly. So far they have managed to mess up 3 of my orders already. I complained to TACOBELL and they mailed me coupons tomake up for the mistakes but the workers still seem to mess up orders. I order three chicken quesadillas two crispy tacos first of them they was didn?t know how to take the order second they give me... burnt quesadillas. They was all hell of a burn when I called them to let them know that chicken quesadillas was born. I love this taco bell .. good people great location. Quick like fast food is supposed be I don't know what more I can ask for... this guys are really what every other taco bell needs to be like hands down. They really go up and beyond the call of duty. Read more
I wish I could give ZERO stars. They refused to take my order at the counter. Said I had to use the dirty kiosk to place my... order and repeatedly refused to take my order. They wouldn't even come do the kiosk for me. Let's get something straight. Idon't work for taco bell. It's their job to take my order and serve me. They refused so I left. It's fast food so you don't expect much from the selection. However, over and over there is almost always something missing from... my order. Either a sauce, a different item than what was originally ordered, or items missing altogether. What makes it moredifficult is that it's not all wrapped in a way that's identifiable. Otherwise I'd be able to take inventory of all my itemsbefore leaving the drive-thru. Again, it's fast food so you cannot complain about the quality of the food, but at least theservice should be on point despite a line of hungry drivers. Read more
It?s convenient and the drive isn?t bad. The place is clean and organized. The staff are attentive and friendly. Good place to... get fast food. If you get their deals it?s cheap too. One burrito usually fills me up. Read more
