Everyone makes mistakes everyday and everywhere, no matter where they work. But its how you pacify that mistake that counts. If... I write my experience the last few times at this Taco Bell, its gonna be a book. The food is great when they are preparing itthe right way but their customer service is beyond horrible. I don't blame the new employees who are getting trained there rightnow because they are learning from the worst. The Manager needs retraining himself. I was super excited to have a new taco bellopen near my house, right across from my sons school but I rather go extra mile to another location if they are at least goingto give me a good customer service. I don?t understand why so many customers are giving a one star rating and horrible reviews from this Taco Bell location. Tonight... for dinner I ordered myself a double steak grilled cheese burrito, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and 12 cinnamon delights which by theway was all delicious. Their was absolutely no mistake with this order everything came intact and was perfect temperature. So Iwill be ordering again and I do have to say I was much more impressed and satisfied with this location, then the one onFlatlands Avenue. Read more

Worked there as a employee for 3 week i just quit today Aug 15 2022 after he was screaming at me and throwing dishes in the... sink very bad General Manger there have the young ones working for him the wrong way wont let other uber drivers use thebathroom and ect...he always screams at me and am the only one really cares for the customers with respect am just glad I lefttoday no one should be Disrespected like that...!!! I tried to give this location a chance being that they are still fairly new but the customer service is just horrible. My first... time going here the cashier knew very little on how to work the register and I had to use the kiosk instead. The manager is alsoclueless and looks like he hires a bunch of young people that don?t know what they?re doing. There?s a male employee therewearing a Durag as a belt to hold up his pants. Just unprofessional. The food always looks sloppy and there?s never enoughworkers on shift so be prepared to wait a while for your food. The icing on the cake was when I ordered online one day for mymom and went inside to pick it up, the manager told me my online order wasn?t showing up on their computer therefore he couldn?tmake my order. I?m clearly showing him that it said it was being prepared and he wouldn?t even offer to make me the order. Justkept saying there was nothing he could do and to cancel the order. Very slow service and terribly prepared. Looks thrown together every time and a absolute mess. Order always comes in wrong no... matter how you order (In person or online). The manager (if you can even call him that) doesn't do anything. I've seen him micromanage more then manage. The workers are just as bad. I witnessed the workers literally cursing out customers and being beyondrude. I know reviews won't help this place. So hopefully corporate will. Read more
very bad service in that store I called a lot of times during the night to confirm my order and no one answered. send the wrong... order missing food they don't send me the drink they don't follow the instructions and they also take a long time wait more than1 hour and 20 minutes for just a combo. very bad service I will never buy from that store again. Just arrived home after taking out an order. item is missing and guess what my favorite mexican pizza. Pregnant woman craving... for that. Asking for number of sauce and not even one single was putting inside. There were 3 employees working not busy andnobody can make sure that order was completed before giving to the customer. That explains why the customer before me wascounting his order. Next time make sure and check every single item before leaving! Read more
