Dishonest pricing, cold, flavorless, and not fresh food. When I placed my order, it rang up at $1 more than was listed on the... menu. They told me that they changed their prices, but the menu hasn't yet been updated. Be that as it may, that should not bemy problem. Fortunately, after asking, they honored the listed prices. Not sure what happened to other customers who didn't ask(who really shouldn't have to). After ordering a falafel sandwich, the falafel was cold and seemed like it had been made muchbefore my order. Additionally, the pita was cold and had the texture of being at least a day old. For $11, I would expect higherquality food. Read more

The food doesn't look aesthetic, but it's SO GOOD. The fries are thin, crispy, and well seasoned. The sauce comes on the side,... and the saffron aioli is so good. It's very rich and creamy, and the saffron is such a good mix in the sauce. The bowl costsabout 13 dollars, and the flavor is so good. We got half lettus and half rice base, and it's create amazing texture and flavor.Highly recommend, but the only complaint is I wish it portion was a bit bigger. Read more

A good place to grab a quick lunch. Chicken shawarma was tasty! I like the harissa and green chili sauce too.

I absolutely love the food at taim! The hummus and zaatar pitas are not to be missed. I usually go for the impossible kebab bowl... and get fries on top. Would highly recommend. Read more

I used come here twice a week for months but this was probably the last time. Clearly leftover chicken served at 1pm for... lunch. Asked them about it and they lied saying it was freshly made today. Absolutely unacceptable. This place has fell offhard. Food very inconsistent. They have a rewards program through their app and it doesn?t allow you to redeem at LIC locationgiving an error. I flagged this 5 months ago and follow up periodically ? still not resolved. Read more

My order was roasted meatballs but when I got home and opened up to my dismay it was chicken. Next time I will have to open up... and check before leaving the restaurant . Didn?t expect this though. Read more

Today's the last day I would ever eat at Taim. They used to be really good when there was only one location in the city..with... them branching out, the quality of the food has suffered tremendously! Did an order pick-up..asked for extra sauce on the side, which they didn't include. Their fries were terribly soaked in oil, and were so soggy and mushy! Their almost 5 bucks organicdrinks contain no label, how do I know it's actually organic? Need to find a better flafel place in Queens because this isabsolutely not worth it!! Read more

Location was a bit tricky to find - it?s actually located INSIDE JACX & CO. (We had to go around the block a couple of times... before we found it). It?s sad to see that a few of the other Taim locations closed during covid, which is why we made our wayover to the LIC location to try it out for the first time. Pros: - Fresh, tasty food - JACX & CO. is very spacious, modern, andclean. LOTS of space to eat here - Lots of other food options available - great for people who want different things Cons: -Location is a bit tricky to find - Service was a little slow First of all, JACX & CO. has a ton of different food options - soif you?re looking for a one-stop shop with a group of people who all want different things, this is your place to go. Theinterior is really large, clean, and modern. I was actually surprised how nice it was inside! Taim also changed their menu andis no longer offering platters (which is disappointing), and instead offers bowls (select a base, add protein, etc.). I ended upwith a bowl with hummus base, falafel (their green falafel is my fav), and it comes with some of their other veggies. We alsogot their fries with both dips (the spicy ketchup was definitely a winner!). Food was fresh and warm, and I enjoyed it as muchas I have when getting food from their flatiron location. Would recommend stopping by if you?re indecisive about what to eat orwith someone/a group that wants different cuisines! Read more
