Great food and prices are reasonable but they need to improve customer service that involves phone orders. Being left on hold... for 5 minutes plus is way too long when you are calling in an order from work. Otherwise the lady that takes phone orders isvery professional and polite. Read more

This place has the worst service. There is a lady working there. The worst service from her I've ever received. She purposely... told other employees to give me the worst pieces. And she is the type to spit on your food when your not looking. Even throughthe mask this lady has such a disrespectful and disgusting attitude (God complex) acting a if she owns the place. I never spoketo her but ask for a meal. She then completely ignored me and i even smiled and joked so i can have a meal without disgust andhate. I really hope she gets fired. Because of this one person. This restaurant will fail. One bad apple will spoil everything.Customer service is one of the most important things in a restaurant. I really felt so disrespected and from her attitude. I didnot want to eat here. Im seeing the worst attitude from any place i went. I felt anger and sadness from her attitude that iwill NEVER go back there again. Eat at your own risk. This lady will have the employees do bad things to your food. Ive heardher saying it. I understand Spanish and she didn't think i did. But i video recorded what she said. Im reporting this restauranttoo the food and health administration as well as 311 which i already did. All i wanted was a meal for dinner. This lady ruinedit and tampered with my meal. Who does things like this?? Horrible service. She literally told the guys cooking to give him theworst. Even worse speaking in Spanish when i speak and understand it. She needs to get fired. I guarantee the restaurant willsucceed. This place has a large range of sides and desserts to go with their proteins. The customer service was good and they were... patient with me. The lunch portion was big and I had 2 nice size servings. I also bought a big piece of chocolate pancake cakewhich is a marble pound cake. This all came to$11.43 tax included. Read more
The grilled chicken is very tasty and satisfying. The side dishes are not worth a penny. If you ask for two extra tiny bits of... barbecue sauce you are charged a dollar extra; that is a rip off. To sum up, go there for the grilled chicken; even though theportion is not very big it is very tasty. Read more
