This is actually for the upstairs location at Jamaica train station. I did a mobile order in advance so I could grab it quick... and get on my train. When I get there I was informed that they didn?t have what was needed to make the sandwich I ordered. Theyasked if I wanted something else but I needed to catch my train so didn?t have time. I asked if I could cancel and /or get arefund. They said no. My sandwich wasn?t made, the coffee I had ordered wasn?t made either and the donut wasn?t yet taken out ofthe display and bagged(I also didn?t have time to sit there and wait for those to be made either.). No reason why they couldn?trefund me, no food was being wasted. Despite that it is also their fault the sandwich couldn?t be made so I should?ve beenrefunded regardless. I have to either lose money or order something I don?t want? Those were my only two options? Doesn?t makesense. Read more

Tim Hortons anywhere is always a blessing. Decent price and consistent cup of black coffee.

Compared to Dunkin, here you get a smaller breakfast sandwich for more money. (Almost $7 for bacon & egg on a mini English... muffin.) They do taste better and seem fresh and not processed though. "You get what you pay for." Read more

Staff was very nice and friendly, but donuts was unpleasant. I ordered Timbits and some donuts at around 10pm and all of them... was soggy. Even the sugar glaze on Timbits was melted when I pick one of them to eat. Timbits are supposed to be coverd by thicksugar glazed so it makes the donut stay longer and taste unique. However, those donuts seemed like they had been sitting on thecounter for a long time or the employees failed to check up the counter thermometer(sugar glazes was not crunch at all) Overall,donut was stale and unfresh sugar glaze was barely cover the donut. Tim Hortons is a great coffee place. The staff are friendly, service was great. Love that this coffee stand has raw sugar... option. If you need your coffee fix, and are waiting for the LIRR or Air Train to JFK definitely check out this place. I take the LIRR into work everyday. And this has become my Non-Dunkin go too if I'm running late since it's footsteps away from... the LIRR platforms. They have a huge selection of Donuts and coffees. My go to is either a frappe and maple dip donut. Can't gowrong with that choice lol. Definitely worth a stop in if your taking the LIRR or Air train. The NY Deli upstairs also servessimilar drinks and uses the same Tim Horton cups. Read more
