Dissatisfied with the iconic Tim Horton coffe. May be they change or modify the recipe. Well, I still give 4 out of 5 coffee... beans to this establishment. Read more

Was excited at first see a Tim Hortons in NYC. The first day, there wasn't any employee there so a gas station workee had to... help. I didn't really think of it much. Next day I came, workers had no masks, there was bugs on the donuts, the lady was doingother things in the middle of my order so i waited for a long time. The drink waa also trash. Not worth it. Unsanitary. Read more

Went there this afternoon, my daughter wanted to get chocolate donuts and timbits. I ordered 20 timbits and i was asking my 5... year old daughter which chocolate donut she wanted, thank goodness i looked at the donuts because they had bugs crawling onthem. I told the guy that i did not want the order because there were bugs on them. Eww it was nasty. Will never go ther again. The guy in the counter only took out the donuts that had bugs on them. I was ecstatic earlier this year when I found out that Tim Hortons was finally coming to my neighborhood of Fresh Meadows,... Queens, NY. I fell in love with this franchise in 1994 when I visited my first Tim Hortons in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. I wasalso ecstatic when Tim Hortons opened at 2 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY more than a decade ago. The staff there are simplyoutstanding in terms of their service, quality of food and beverage and "warp" speed response. So, expecting the same, I showedup at my local Tim Hortons on their opening day and have been there about a dozen times. Every visit has been a disappointmentwith poorly trained and lazy staff, extremely slow service (having to repeat the orders multiple times) and terrible customerservice but most importantly, the low quality of food and beverages. My visit this evening at approximately 7:15 pm was thelast straw, and I vowed never to go to this Tim Hortons again. I ordered tea but the young Indian man told me he would checkinside for tea bags; he took a peek inside the door and within a second, turned and said to me that they were out of tea bags. Then, I ordered 20 Timbits. Instead of putting them in a box (usual service by Tim Hortons), he started stuffing them in apaper bag, and I had to shout twice at him to put them in a box after which it took him another five minutes to fold the box andput the Timbits inside. I ordered a couple of plain old fashion doughnuts which he proceeded to stuff in the same box with theTimbits; again, I had to stop and tell him to put them in a separate paper bag; he put the two doughnuts in another box. Meantime, the other girl was repeatedly asking him if I had paid; all she had to do to find out was to check the monitor which Icould see from behind the counter as well. By the time I got my Timbits and doughnuts (minus my tea), I had been standing therefor over 10 minutes. If this franchise wants to stop tarnishing Tim Hortons' good name, they need Read more
