Should never go there. I'm from Tokyo and tried all US Japanese food but I have to say this is by far the worst Japanese food... I've ever tasted. please change name to China GoGo. Please don't call it Japanese food. Found short hair on my food. I told the server gently, but she responded as, "I have long hair...." I myself have long hair as... well. I told it must have come from the kitchen. She didn't even apologize and just took the food away, then ignored us. Bothudon and katsu don was tasteless. Right after we left this place, my husband had an upset stomach. I think I'm addicted to this place and I've only ordered through Door Dash. The Katsu pork is amazing and its served with sticky... rice on the side,. I also recommend the fried ice cream-travels surprisingly well. My dad spicy tuna and shrimp tempura and itsfresh and great portion and representation. Nice servers and okay sushi. A little slow on the order
My Wifey, baby girl and I have been checking out local eatieries around the Douglston area. We are always looking for a casual... quick Asian bite. We were in the mood for ramen and sushi and hence my wife found this place! It didn't have its own parkinglot but there was ample street parking in the area. The place was well equipped to handle small groups of people but I can seeit filling up fairly quickly. We had a partial booth seating area that was spacious enough to accomodate my baby girl and herstroller. The decor was inviting and the area was clean. When we got the menu, it was easy to navigate and contained its ownset of sushi, rolls and ramen. I ordered a shoyu ramen while my sweetheart ordered the Angry Dragon roll and the spicy seafoodtempura roll. The rolls were warm and well placed on the plate! The ramen was a generpis portion. However the broth was a bitoverly salty. It could use a touch less salt, maybe a less salty soy sauce for it's soup base. Excellent sushi, consistently good. Have been getting take out here for over 3 years, 2-3 times a month. I think some of those... negative reviews are fake or mixing it up with another restaurant. The only complaint is that wait times can be long.. thattells you how busy they are with returning customers. Read more
