I don't usually post, but I just had to, I'm soo hungry and can't even eat this food, it taste soooo bad I wanna throw up, I... also ordered two doubles for my friend, no salt, no pepper, come on people we ordered through uber eats, that charge us an armand a leg only to be disgusted by this food, after today I don't think I will ever eat fry aloo and roti again, I don't know ifthey used the same oil to fry fish or what but this just tasted really nasty!! ???? I?ve read the reviews and the owner really sticks by his marketing strategies online which is great. But let?s talk real life. I... lived in queens all my life. Ate at many Carib spots. The popular and the unpopular. To say his marketing strategy and food heputs out is equal is totally false. First they don?t pick up the phone for the order so I can ask the necessary questions. Iordered thru Grubhub for pick up. The Chinese style chicken was DRY and BURNT just by looking at it you can tell.my husband wasmad and threw it in the garbage and said I?m not eating oil and rice and dry chicken no sauce Chinese style at all. Verydisappointed. Shrimp wonton is mixed with chicken and filler can?t tell what tastes like what. The roast pork is more like astew. Inedible I didn?t even give the dogs any of it. I did however order another pork skin dish and that was better. The HongKong shrimp is a pass. For the price point I?m expecting bigger shrimp. Plus this shrimp had a bad after taste. If your orderingshrimp and broccoli from a regular Chinese restaurant it?s much better than this. Not to mention salty! Its definitely wasn?tno crowd in there. So pleased to have a new and improved West Indian restaurant in the neighborhood. Such friendly staff greeted me upon arrival... and served me a variety of hot, tasty, and fulfilling Caribbean lunch entrees. It?s not easy to find a good food spot with greatcustomer service.
