I actually felt welcomed upon my first visit here today not too sure what others have encountered. But the food I ordered was... on point I was satisfied with my food. So disappointed with the food here. The macaroni and cheese was nothing but broiled noodles and melted cheese no seasoning.... Vegetables must be for people on a non sodium diet again no seasoning. This was my shrimp and grits meal. I bought it on Uber Eats and it was $18.95, then with all the fees and tip, $29. It smelled... horrible as if the shrimp were rotten. I Ordered chicken and waffles from vibes 2 expecting to get my full meal. Once the food arrived i noticed their was no chicken... at all. Nowhere on the menu do it say you can order waffles buy itself. You have the option of choosing what waffles you wouldlike and it always served with a side of chicken. I called the restaurant and they said ,ohh we always check our food before wesend it out probably its was the delivery person call up uber eats and make a complaint. Best believe i did that but u want meto believe the delivery person opened my food ate my chicken and perfectly closed the container with no sign of it be tamperedwith smh. It would have been nice if they just own up to the mistake and said oh we forgot the chicken. If you know Vibes then you love the food. I stopped in after Maverick City Music concert at Barclay and grabbed 3 plates. Turkey... wings, bbq chicken, sweet chili wings, mac n cheese 2x, string beans 2x, and yams. OMG, you talk about delicious...the food isamazing. They accept cash and card. You can sit in and eat if you choose or take it to go. Free parking lot. They also have apick up window outside. Very popular place with food delivery services. Open late night. Read more
There was no love put into the food I received today. I ordered the jerk salmon with yams and sautéed spinach. There's no... sauce, no lime. The salmon is dry and overcooked, the spinach tastes like it just been boiled, and the yams are a bit sweeterand not enough cinnamon than normal. I can't finish eating this honestly.
