Why bother reviewing a Wendy's? Sure, I thought that too, but 1,100 others before me have, so why not? First off, its a Wendy's,... so what expectations did all you 1-star reviewers have? If you are gearing up for a night shift, or just finishing your middayshift, a quick, recognizably Wendy's burger and fries will simply do. In that regard, this place functions quite well. Horrible customer service they have an attitude when you ask for stuff as if you not spending your money. Don?t go here for... lunch break etc because your wait time will be your entire lunch hour. They closes at 8pm and then it?s the drive through onlywhich is a nightmare Read more

Drive thru girl was rude! 0 customer service. Cold fries. Cold chicken nuggets. A strawberry lemonade that barely has any... strawberry flavor. STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE SERVICE. After picking up my family from the airport we needed a snack and we decided to come here because... it was late and not many options available. The drive thru line is a nightmare. Fast food lines usually move very quickly. Thisline only had about 5-6 cars and took more than 40 minutes. Management needs to do something about this. I usually come here after my flights since it's the main thing that's open. My issue with this Wendy's is how the drive thru is... set up. The workers and food I receive is always fine. The drive thru is completely enclosed and you are stuck once in line. Thewait can be annoying and when you are jet lagged and just wanna go home there drive thru forces you to stay in line.Unfortunately they can not fix this as there is a car wash next door. Overall, one would have to pick what's more convenient forthem. Their time or their stomachs. Read more
