on 10/3/22 around 6:00pm female employee at the drive thru window was rude and disrespectful. I never said or did anything... disrespectful to her. i was shocked because i never been treated like that specifically at this location since it?s my go-toWendy?s. 2 stars only bc I haven?t had a problem with the food yet. Drive thru line is always slow. I?m convinced one particular cashier... there steals/ short changes people on purpose. I stopped paying with cash bc of her and ALWAYS ask for a receipt. I went todayand they input my order incorrectly. When I asked to correct it, they told me they had a long line and were reluctant to do so. After running my credit card for the correct total & providing my receipt, I see my pending charge is for a dollar more. Theyget a lot of business for being the only Wendy?s in the area but they absolutely do not deserve it. Read more
Worst service ever at Wendy's. Got in line the drive thru and ordered. Moved up to the payment window a gave her the money. She... hold onto it and I'm waiting and waiting and waiting about 10 min later I asked if there's a problem. She then says that she iswaiting on a register. Waitied another 5-8 minutes and asked for my money back and to cancel my order. The other woman comes inand says sorry about that we had to recount the drawer. Really? In the middle of taking my order? And to give you an idea howlong it took. I got out and went to the cart and bought 2 chicken and rice from the guy and came back with the food while stillwaiting for Wendy's to give us change. The sad part is that we love Wendy's and wished the girl had said that we are doing soand so and told we would have to wait instead of having us waiting mindlessly without any info. Read more
Slowest drive thru ever! The gentleman taking the orders was ok but the ladies at the front window were rude and looked annoy to... be there. Oh, and if you have drinks and don?t ask for a straw they won?t give you any. Read more
Order never ready! Employees always seems confused when they're busy!
I ordered ahead with the app, for pickup, and it was a very quick experience. I only waited a few minutes for my food. I... ordered a combo and the baconator fries. The fries, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwich I had was good, in my opinion. Tastewas good, the temperature was good, and the texture was good too. The chicken in the sandwich was nice and crispy, and so wasthe fries and chicken nuggets. The baconator fries was good also. However, it was a bit of a letdown as the fries did not looklike how it is usually advertised. It looks like they just put cheese and slices of bacon in the middle. It was spread out much,and the bacon wasn't too shredded either. Nonetheless, it was still good. The food was prepared properly too, as I didn't haveany stomach sickness afterwards. Overall, the experience was good, and I would order from here again. Read more
As for as the food there's a good amount of options which I like. I also get friendly service which is a plus. My only issue is... that there's been a few times where there's missing items from my order. Staff have been nice about either fixing the issue orrefunding me in I've ordered online, but this has been a recurring issue which has been somewhat annoying. Read more
