I always love me some Wendy?s, but the drink machine is definitely questionable. Other than that the food is good.

I order 20 nuggets I only got 12, I ordered 5 baconator fries, I got 1, now am disappointed, I bought to to on a road trip, now... 30mins later I open the bag boom, disappointment, we need to deal with people that understand English, the most basic language,u can't have people taking orders and don't understand English, don't know who incharge of hiring but they need to do a betterjob. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order online, my order is always missing an item. I use to work customer service, so I understand mistakes... here and there, but it is EVERY TIME. I used mobile order from the Wendy's app for this place and I have never had a problem the three other times I did it. This time... I go over jete and they say they don't see the order. I show them the receipt from the app and the manager says she cannot makethe food because it isn't on the screen. Prior to that someone had said they wanted their burger remade and they had no problemdoing that. So I wasted $10 on my order and wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to plead with them.to make the food I paid forbecause of a "system issue".
