This location is a NIGHTMARE!!! I ordered on my phone ($5 meal) and when I got there, no one calls orders or acknowledges... customers! A guy walked up to the front and just took someone else?s order! He got free food! So naturally, once he did thateveryone else did it and got free food. I guess they took mine as well. Waited a full hour for less than $10 of food. Ordered at the kiosk when there was one single patron waiting for theirs. The... employees managed two full rushes while I was standing waiting. Terry was doing some amazing crisis management, but I don't knowif my ticket just got lost or what happened. The soda machine was out, but they were giving out empty cups to go fill at theempty machine. I took my food upstairs to eat it ... and all of my food was mushy and not warm. I ordered four medium meals, three chilis and one baked potato. The order came to $83. My order was missing the baked... potato/sour cream and the drink cups were filled to the lid with ice and there was about 1 ounce of soda in each cup. I havebeen disappointed by deliveries from other Wendys locations but this was the absolute worst. Read more

This is a new Wendy?s in the area and i am very disappointed by management. The staff were doing their job for the most part and... were cordial but the person who seemed to be the supervisor or manager of this location is extremely rude and was tellingemployees to tell everyone that if we we don?t want to wait we should leave or use the kiosk. Very rude, they should not expecteveryone to use the kiosk and express something like this out loud especially by a supervisor or manager. They need to be betterorganized, they have employees focusing on mobile orders and only have one person at the register when the line is long. It?sone thing having a long wait and another being rude telling people to leave. Read more

This location just opened and I went there once and my son went the second time. The young lady with the colorful braided hair... was very polite and friendly. She was so helpful with customers the line was long and people looked annoyed. They had also runout of fries. When I got home right across the street all the burgers had to be reheated. The second time my son ordered onlinefor pickup and when he got back my frosty was just half a cup of foam. The burgers looks like they sat all day. I don?t plan onreturning. Read more

we asked for three orders of combos and it turns out that the people who worked didn't give me what the combo had, they only... gave me the hamburgers and when I was home I realized that the order turned out that they didn't give me the three medium drinksand they also didn't give me the fries that came in the three orders and they charged me as if they gave me all the product thatI had bought and I could not claim since the machines to order food did not give me the receipt. lousy services did not give mewhat I paid for and I prefer mc Donald's. they have better service ???? So happy they opened in my neighborhood. A lot of seats upstairs. Nice and clean space. You can order through the counter or... through the kiosk. My food was prepared nice and quickly. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back soon. Read more
