I'm sure it's really hard to work in a fast food restaurant, especially at the airport. But I just stood in line for 20 minutes... and finally got near the front. The staff were messing around (not just in a talking to your coworkers thing which of course isfine) in the back and ignoring the line. Literally the manager had to tell someone to go work the register and the girl "didn'twant to deal with the people". The register was just empty before the girl begrudgingly went to take an order, tapping herfingers the whole time. I got so frustrated when she left *again* because she didn't want to take orders that I hopped next doorand grabbed a slice of pizza, salad, and drink in 60 seconds. Read more
Writing this review is probably a waste of time but hopefully someone will see it. I generally like Wendy?s but this was so bad... I may give them a break for a while! 1) Forgot our order. Told us they were working on it. Did nothing for five more minutes.Total time >25 minutes to get our food! 2) Dropped my chili cup on the floor, then filled it with chili. 3) No soda. They wereout. 4) Did not include sour cream with my sour cream and chive potato. 5) Left out my daughters large fries. Read more

My bacon chicken ranch sandwich was hot and fresh, and so were the fries. Ketchup was available to grab at the counter. The... ordering process was harder than necessary because the speaker was busted and the music from the water feature behind thecounter was overwhelming. Ordered a asiago chicken sandwich in between flights and received the sandwich without any chicken. Didn't have time to receive... a replacement. Contacted Wendy's and I was told I'd hear back from a franchise operator about a refund three weeks ago..neverheard back. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. Read more
