I?ve had two horrible experiences experiences ordering from here and will never order again, I can?t believe I?ve wasted so much... money here to not even get my order correct. The two times Ive ordered they forget more than half the of the food that I PAIDfor. This is extremely upsetting that I wasted money and time here. You want good wings then go to Brooklyn wing house. God forbid their having an off day at least you know the wings are actually... good and not a ?settling? situation. Food isn?t that great nor can properly serve orders for wingstop at multiple locations sowhat are you good for? Looking cute and pretty in the green branding??? clearly? Oh look another potential trashy location thatcan?t properly manage their orders, wrong drink and ?ran out of fries?? or staff was too lazy to cook up a batch because it wasclose to closing? Like other locations lie and do ???? you guys had an hour to cook fry?s, didn?t call to tell me you ran outand it?s not like I ordered 10 min to, but I guess closing now a days to these money hungry businesses is 1 hour and 30 minbefore the actual closing time 3 hours for good measure, along with making sure your delivery driver doesn?t run off with yourfood ?just because? the store is about to close soon, I would rather you cancel the whole order, and don?t let it be deliverythrough their actual app, good luck with a refund if you end up needing one, it?s slightly cheaper but a gamble especially withhow much wingstop messes up and has their menu setup. No disrespect but they need new staff. Second time going there and i had to wait 40 minutes for my food, and the guy behind me... got his food before me. The cashiers were all talking loud and sitting down and eating at the dining area in the corner whileevery one is waiting for their food. Then when i got my food, my fries were so soggy like they didnt fry it enough. Veryunprofessional and i was just annoyed. Read more
I had a great experience at this Wingstop location. Nea was great she was friendly and welcoming.
The staff was very nice!! Shout out to Italy, im probably wrong about her name..the young lady at the counter with the braces... was awesome!! I was highly disappointed with the food. I spent too much money for such an outcome . Read more
There was missing food in my order. I?m extremely disappointed that for a new business they can?t even answer the phone. The... service is not up to par and employees need more guidance on how to pack orders and double check to ensure the quantitycustomers are paying for is being provided. Okay so I don?t know who hired the workers but they need to rehire and I was so excited about this place opening up but it?s... literally in the hood so u can?t expect any better the manager was off that day but the girl behind the counter didn?t give methe cup for my drinks I had to show her my online order and then she was still checking like she didn?t know how to read I alsoplaced my pick up for 4pm and arrived at 4pm the food was cold AF I thought I was eating rocks ???????????? This is the worst place ever. 0 stars. I was there last night. Waiting 50 mins. They was fighting between worker and customer. 3... of the workers took breaks to go smoke while we all waited. Ghetto place. They need to be retrained. Read more
