Loud music, but they turned it down where we sat, bring in a sweater its cold in there. I had a simple chicken breast, mashed... potatoes and the best cooked green fresh broccoli! We got a 2 for 22. Worst meal we've ever had there. Out of menu items. Double crunch shrimp soggy. Beer has a nad taste. Old maybe? Burger had... the taste of a cleaning product - pine cleaner? Made it home before my husband was sick. We won't be returning. Read more
July 16, 2020: inside seating was at 50%, shortened disposable menus, individually packaged plastic wear, food was tasty, had to... ask for salt and water. 6/24/2022: 15 minute wait for 3 to sit and we missed the 1/2 priced appetizers window by 30 minutes. There were lots of empty seats. Food, service, and bathrooms were pretty good. 6/29/22 ~8:30pm it was so cold inside, my sweetbf went out to his truck to get me a T-shirt. The waitress and manager took care of our other needs.. Including gift cards tomake up for my steak being dryer than I was wanting. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE???? 9/27/22 ~4pm Was seated right away. I haven't been to Applebee's in years. Lunch was terrible. My noodles for the mac and cheese were overcooked. There didn't seem... to have any sauce in the mac and cheese. Everyone else who had fries were cold. And it seemed like the waitress was hurrying usup to order. We spend $90 between 4 meals and an appetizer. I wouldn't have minded the price if the food was good. Applebee's,step up your game. Read more
Dinner was great. Chicken with shrimp was cooked to perfection. Our server, Nicky, was personable and attentive. It was busy... but not crowded and our wait was about 5 minutes. One of the better Applebee's I've been to. Read more

Received gift cards for poor past experience tried to use but still had to pay 1.75 even though I had 5$ left on gift... certificate. Also the front door woman needs to be ALOT more friendly! Also who sets a child in the bar area??? We asked to movebecause I can't sit in the high seats due to injury but come on! Also we were slightly embarrassed when they came and said theydidn't know if they could take all 3 gift cards at once the table next to us started pointing and talking my son noticed and wewere both embarrassed. I really don't think Applebee's and my family will work out I've tried several times hoping it wouldchange but it is not. Applebee's is always a go to place for the family. The kids love there kids menu. Lately they often seem to be short staffed but... always make up for it with there service. It isn't overly expensive and still feels like a nice atmosphere to go out and eat.Plenty of options on the menu for those picky eaters as well. Read more
