UPDATE: At least they gave me a refund The store was extremely dirty and the food was not good. The rice was crunchy and the... meat tasted like it had seen better days as well as having giant globs of fat in it. My fiance actually spit out a mouthful offood at the restraunt. We threw away 90 percent of the food and ended up going to mcdonald's. Even the chips had a funny tasteand were stale. This is unacceptable for 37 dollars for 2 burritos bowls and some chips. I have no problem paying for goodfood.....this is among my top never agains now. The chat bot gave me a bogo coupon....i do not want a coupon I want a refund.Also the bathroom.....the woods outside would be a better choice. Read more

I go there just about weekly and every time I?m there it?s a mess. Management doesn?t seem to care, garbage is over full... bathroom toilets are clogged. Food is always running out. There is just no room. For a big area this place is way to small notenough seating. Tables don?t even get wiped down. Soda machine out of ice or no soda. Floors are nasty food and other stuff onthe floor. Staff doesn?t seem to help others out. Definitely needs an improvement on management and how things should run. Read more

Try ordering online and it said cannot place online order , " everything is sold out"! Yet I go in person to place my orders... and see 3 young ladies chatting about life in the takeout section. Not busy at the moment. Why is Chipotle not taking our onlineorders ? While I see the girls on the food line in need of help. Not to mention the girl that warmed up my tortillas ( the 1stone I greeted) was not the most pleasant employee. Poor customer service. They raised their prices and at times attempt to givea small portion. Please can you have the employees up front wear a name tag. Please let the customers know why they can notorder on line saying the food is sold out!!NOT TRUE. Is it the employees avoiding doing their job. Read more

Usually I love this place but yesterday I went and they were closed. This was at 8pm. I overheard the worker telling another... lady they were closed and then proceeded to walk over to a parked car and talk to whoever was in the car. Read more

Terrible food tonight Quesadilla kids meals had orange and drink but the quesadilla had minimal cheese and was in palatable. ... The adult quesadilla had two mashed together and stuck to the foil. My kids got violent food poisoning after eating there this past Friday. My 4-year-old was on the brink of needing... hospitalization. He had complained his food ?tasted weird? and didn?t even come close to finishing, but even the little bit hedid get through was enough to make him immediately sick and it went on for days to follow. He?s traumatized, this was hisfavorite restaurant and now he talks about how he ?never ever wants to go there again? because even he knows that?s why he gotsick. My 2-year-old got something different and the effects weren?t as bad for him, but he still struggled with symptoms and wasunable to keep food in his system throughout the duration of his illness. It was the Barbacoa that seemed to have the worsteffect, and the Carnitas that were a close second. We?ve had previous issues with quality, customer service, and etc at thislocation but it?s usually hit-miss and we stuck it out for the days that it?s a hit. However, this is by far the worstexperience we?ve had and I will no longer patronize this company given it?s obvious that they can?t train their employees properfood safety protocol. You?d think with being nationally scrutinized for food borne illnesses on multiple occasions, theywould?ve gotten it together or been shut down by now.
