Love the Dominos in Queensbury NY. Staff members have gone out of their way to make food special for my children, and myself.... Always courteous,and always a smile when I dine in with the family. Ordered food at 10 o clock, waited untill 11:50 to call and ask about the delivery, was told they never received my order... Got... a ton of attitude from the person on the phone. Tries to re order before they closed and was hung up on. Would have drove theremyself to raise a fuss if the food was even worth it, I'll make a sandwich and get a pie from pizza hut tomorrow. The last 5 orders I have gotten from there have been wrong. It's so frustrating because I like Domino's. When you call and say... it is wrong, you will "receive a credit" that you never get and it will be an hour to receive your order. I ordered from the onein Glens Falls for years and everything has been phenomenal from there. But this location can never get an order right. I'm justgoing to do pick ups from the Glens Falls location to avoid the shenanigans. Read more
My order was a carry out one. Unfortunately when I went to start my car it would not start. Trying to be a responsible person, I... called to let them know. The man answered the phone curtly with "Domino's." After my confirming it was the right one, I told himof my problem. He said he'd cancel the order. I asked if it could be delivered. He rudely said " If you want to pay a deliveryfee" I told him that he was being rude. He said " Whatever, goodbye" This was at 9:40ish on Thurs the 24th. What is wrong withpeople? Read more
I've been a regular at dominos for decades and this dominos since they opened. At this particular Domino's more often than not... the order is messed up, but they would replace the item. However, this last visit will be my last. The order was late and halfthe items were inedible, like missing whole ingredients (common place here) I called to request a refund for the bad items sinceit was too late for them to make it and bring it back, and the manager claimed she could credit at the store or remake them. Iasked if she could credit my dominos account and she said they would not. I told her I wanted my money back for the items ifthat was the case and she refused. I asked who her manager was, and she claimed to be the highest manager in NY told me if I hada problem I could call corporate and then hung up on me. Corporate has not returned my emails or phone calls, so needless to sayI'll be switching away from dominos going forward. I highly suggest not ordering food from this specific dominos. Read more
