I have to write this review in shame, this has always been the Dunkin? Donuts my family and I have gone to since I was a... teenager, but at this point I won?t step foot in it. Not that long ago the crew was good friendly and got everything right, butever since the new manager Rheana took Over, it has been an absolute train wreck. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Shepreviously yelled at my father, who is approaching his 80s because he almost grabbed the wrong drink. I politely confronted herabout the fact that they are so disorganized that he didn?t know, and her reply was ?I don?t have time for you dude, back off?.I have brought my children in there and have heard her cursing and swearing with the friends she?s hired and making referencesto LSD, raves and other drugs? not to mention if you go in there there is a 60% chance your order will be wrong and you will bewaiting much longer than previous managers.I can?t tell you the amount of times I?ve waited in line while she?s gossiping withher friends in the back, blatantly ignoring the front desk and only focusing on the drive-through. My second encounter with thismanager Rheana, was after I had gotten sugar in my coffee twice after asking not to have any sugar like usual. She aggressivelyput the coffee on the counter which she spilled and walked away, I asked her for napkins and to take some of the coffee out soI?m not wearing it. All she did was give me a dirty look dumped some of the coffee and aggressively put a napkin on the coffeewhile walking away talking smack. And to conclude everything, and to make all matters worse, my friends and family have heardher making fun and talking badly about customers many times. Save yourself the trouble and either go to Glen Street or FortEdward, because Rheana was ran this place to the ground with her unprofessional ways and negativity. Read more
Driest bagel I have ever had at a DD! Both mine and my husbands cinnamon raisin bagels toasted with Plain cream cheese were... DRYYYYYYY. They didn't have Abby multi grain bagels, no veggie cream cheese, no munchkins, and only 5 flavors of donuts. DOBETTER! Read more

The service is not the same at every Dunkin. The Dunkin by the old Kmart and new Walmart SUCKS. The girls are miserable and... there's one window employee that wears glasses and is just dumb! She has NEVER got my order right and then argues with me andwhen I prove her wrong just gives me this empty stare and goes "ok". She deliberately drops my change on the ground and when Iasked for it back she was in shock.
