Came to dunkin this morning to get donuts and coffee they were out of every donut that is supposed to be classics we changed our... minds five different choices didn?t have anything needless to say we only left with a iced coffee and nothing else verydisappointing and will not return back to this location for anything. I think everytime I stop here my order gets messed up. The coffee was incorrect and the 2 donuts I ordered were not in the bag.... Bummer. Read more

Staff is unfriendly and the One single person who is, has messed up my order every single time she has been on drive thru (4x... now). This location needs corporate help or to start entirely fresh with new and PROPERLY trained staff. Read more

Not happy with it this place at all!! Ordered a egg & cheese bagel and a bacon, egg & cheese croissant with a hot chocolate and... a hot coffee. Got the drinks right away. There was a line at drive thru, we were inside. People were coming in and gettingtheir drink orders and we sat there...and sat there...for 20 minutes, watching for our food to be placed in the pick up area. Then my husband went to counter asking for our food. The staff asked what we ordered, he showed the receipt, which they took andasked if we wanted a refund. He said "no, we want our food". The manager, Heather, started to say something to the cook WHO WASTRAINING!! My husband told them not to yell at her and asked why someone wasn't helping/training. He brought the food back.....cold. he again went back to counter and asked for it to be remade. HEATHER NEVER APOLOGIZED!! I will never go thereagain!! This Dunkin needs help. They are out of almost every donut and munchkins by noon. They say there understaffed, we?ll if they... have knowone to bake then they should close til they get enough staff. Then one of the workers there was rude to us through thedrive through when we were asking what donuts were left because all the ones we asked for they were all out of. Muffins too theywere out of. This location needs customer service training and efficiency training. The staff is unmotivated and lethargic. Was going to... place a large order, but was told "we are to busy" took the business elsewhere. Tried to order just a hot tea, stood at thecounter for 10 minutes before staff took the order. Was in drive through for 2 coffees for 20 minutes. If all these ordersweren't for other people, I would have gone elsewhere Read more

This location is severely understaffed. We had a group order: 4 sandwiches, 2 frozen drinks, a hot coffee. A dozen of doughnuts... and doughnut holes.....had to go back for the doughnut holes, one sandwich was completely wrong abd all was made very poorly.???? The line was nearly out the door. Read more

This is how customer service should be. The drive thru gets super busy, but the service is always on point. They don?t take... their stress out on customers (even though it?s likely caused by some of them????), and move to get orders ready as efficientlyas possible. Read more
