Customer Service was good at the counter.. I placed a very large order at dinner and we were all given fries that tasted like... they were left over from breakfast. Even the McChicken tasted like it was left out. Went into the bathroom and an employeewalked out of the stall before me. Garbage every where, toilet paper every where and pee all over the seat. I stood at the front counter waiting for what seems like forever, but the employees just gave me dirty looksuntil one of them came over. This specific employee that came over was rude, unfriendly, and just awful. I usually go throughthe drive thru but I decided to go in. I don?t see myself going here for awhile, if not ever. I waited almost 20 minutes for a quarter pounder while the rest of my meal got cold. Every time I go to this McDonald's there's... a problem. I'm giving these guys 5 stars, because it's the first time in about 5 years a fast food place didn't mess up my order somehow. ... I've been back here 3 times since that magical day and the magic has continued. I don't know what they give their workers, butwhatever it is - keep it up. So I ordered a CHEESEBURGER happy meal JUST KETCHUP AND pickles AND CHEASE AND GOT NO CHEASE.I asked for a Oreo mic flurry but... the machine was down.I asked for fries and got no salt on them. Lastly I asked for ice and you had to go all the way to thefront. Read more
Absolutely the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to, i ordered a double cheeseburger with a medium fry and it took a whopping 20... minuets to get my order, (not during rush hour) only after a MANAGER told me ?she didnt know how to use the cash register? andrudly told me to use the kiosk, so i told her im using cash, she went off, and another 5 minuets later someone finally came totake my order. next day later, i go there again, order the same thing, and i could see my burger just sitting there on thecounter, waiting for someone to hand it to me, it took those idiots 10 minuets to figure out it was sitting there. This particular McDonald's was understaffed , tables were not clean, food was undercooked , waited 10 mins fory smoothie after... my undercooked order was "done" Cold fries ????, the chicken sandwich actually upset my stomach. I will not be returning to thisone again! Disgusted. Read more
Honestly I don't know how one messes up Honey Mustard sauce and be so miserable at their job. But somehow I got sweet and sour... sauce, instead of the honey mustard. Fries tasted cold. Read more
