I purchased nachos as a take out order, it was 6 ish and had a steady dinner crowd along with on line orders so it took a few... which is fine... however while waiting we were watching the staff prepare the orders when one lady in particular kept eatingfood from the line without a glove then proceeded to pass the orders down the line and scoop chips... not cool! Next sheprepared herself a snack and ate that on the line as well while handling other customers food... had I not had a half hourinvested to get an offer I would have left. When I made mention of this to the cashier her reply was that that was her daughterand she was a manager... no apology, no recognition that it was even wrong. I happen to be a food and beverage director for alocal establishment and I will tell you there were multiple health code violations going on... Welcome to Moe's Read more
Usually they?re great but all 4 tacos came with a drop of lettuce and cheese wow?
Love moes food but get the ice machine fixed please it?s been a long time and no ice? who wants a warm soda?!
Went to the Queensbury Moe's (next to Olive Garden). Tables were a mess, floor wasn't swept, and the food area was covered in... scraps. Being hungry, I decided I would get food anyway. Ordered Adobo chicken, rice, onions, peppers, cheese, lettuce, and thediced tomatoes. Chicken serving was laughable small, and burnt. Tomatoes and lettuce we wilted... The tomato's we're sitting ina pool of tomato juice. The guy behind the counter used a single utensil for all vegetables despite there being one for each,making a potential health risk. Order delivery and food was packaged sloppy. Didn't get the fillings I ordered or the salsa. Paid $2.29 for a tiny 2 ounce... portion cup of cheese sauce. Very disappointing.. Next time I'll stick to Taco Bell..lol Read more
This is a great Moes, always friendly staff and good food. However I?ve found when ordering to go that they?re more likely to... mess your order up. They got everything right except forgot my pickled jalapeños on my quesadilla. Queensbury Moe's. Where do I begin, I ordered 3 meals, 2 earmuffs and a chicken quesadilla. One of the earmuffs was missing the... rice, the most important part. The meat was VERY skimpy. The chicken quesadilla had a silver dollar size bit of Chicken the restwas cheese it was flat so not at all filling, there was barely anything on it, see photo.
