Second Olive Garden location I've reviewed here, and once again the leading reason is the stellar service. As a chain, Olive... Garden's food is fairly consistent across its many franchises so I wouldn't expect anything too different from one to the next.The difference between a mediocre experience and a really positive one is always the people. Kiersten was our waitress when Iwent with my partner, and beyond the general responsiveness and courtesy afforded to us the additional effort made to makereturning a mistaken order comfortable was really helpful. Neither of us were too keen on sending anything back, but everythingwas made really painless with her politeness and charisma, even in the midst of the dinner rush. Besides that I will mention thefood came out quickly at peak rush hour, and it just felt like things were running very efficiently (even taking the botchedorder into consideration). Standard Olive Garden, Eggplant Parmigiana and Soup and salad lunch was good. Service was a bit slow with a not overly full... restaurant. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was pleasant. Dinning experience was a bit noisy for 50% of the time. Read more
Excellent, professional staff and delicious food. Despite the parking lot and restaurant being full, they didn’t miss a beat.... It’s very common for a chain restaurant to always loose sight of the core values of a dining experience- not this place! Read more
I know this is a fairly mediocre chain restaurant, but wife and I stop in here for lunch when we go shopping at the Lake George... outlets. We especially like the grilled salmon and broccoli dinner - its an enormous amount of food, well prepared, andreasonably healthy! Service is very good. Read more
A year ago, I remembered going to this place during my vacation and boy I enjoyed my meal. The food was so delicious. Had a... really nice server who was great. Last year was Covid and the server did a great job socially distancing herself which was quitehard to do. But this year, I am sure things are back to normal now. Other than that, everything is great because the soup andsalad, my main meal were delicious. Especially the desert was very good and I loved it. Read more
Food is still great. Little more pricey than it use to be, but times have changed so as expected. Only complaint is Alfredo... sauce is a bit more watered down and have to let it sit for a few mins after mixing to let it thicken up. Friendly staffing andquick turn around time for food after ordering. Just enough time to enjoy your soup/salad and breadsticks or appetizer. Read more
