Last experience was NOT good. If the customer comes first, then the employees at their Cresent Road store in Clifton Park need... significant retraining. Multiple employees just stood there looming at me when all I wanted was an overpriced cold brew icedcoffee. What a shame. Unfortunately, Stewart's has lost most of my business at this location. So it is listed as a Gas Station but it has the best ice cream around and it is really cheap. In Bolton Landing tourists keep... packing into B&J, paying those ridiculous prices when just down the road is Stewart?s. They have a ton of flavors, you can addyour own toppings and the milkshakes are awesome. Best deal around!! Read more
Got $20 in gas yesterday..card reader wasnt working at pump.I pressed pay inside instead.I went inside after fueling to pay.I... was greated with a line to the back of the store Apparently credit card machines were having issues.After they were able toreset them.I paid the $20 with my debit at register.That amount has already been taken and cleared from my account.I wake upthis morning to a $125 hold from Stewarts.Im told that this hold can last 5 days.This is absolutely ridiculous!!. I do not like new set up they have. You back out and you always get someone at the pump in your way. Went there two times, to... get gas. Use my card and have a problem everytime. They dont clear the pumps. I have to go in and face a lot of people, bunch ofweirdos always in there. Takes a long time to get waited on. Girl behind counter is very snotty, I asked for a receipt and sheshoved it in my hand. Just dont like it period. I dont like going there but i go there because its close by. Theyre expensive, Idont go to stewarts ever. Bottle of pepto is about 8 bucks for a 2 oz bottle. Read more
I do not go to the store often as I do not live in the area, however I must say that I am thoroughly and utterly impressed by... the outstanding customer service by a manager named Dan. He absolutely went above and beyond for me today. all I have to say isthat if there were more people like him in the world, the world would be a much better place! Been in this stewarts a number of times. Definitely a stewarts with unfriendly employees. Seems they have attitude that they... don't really want to be there.most other stewarts I go too staff is usually friendly. Read more
