I ordered a 6 inch herb n cheese with salami bologna, American cheese lettuce tomatoes and pickles. I opened my sandwich to... eat it and found it tasted odd and looked to find it discolored. I also ordered oatmeal raisin cookies that were very dry, which normally they would be chewy and fresh. I have never been so disappointed . Read more

They r ok not my fav only because my daughter loves guacamole and sometimes they dont have any.
Asked the staff person to tell me what was in the "cubano" sandwich currently being promoted. "That's a good question. They... don't tell us about it before they advertise them" was pretty much the response I got. The staff person never offered to findout or even ask to guy standing next to her. Hope they are just summer employees biding their time. Clearly they are not paidbased on sales. Lost my sale today and in future. Read more
i went in and asked for a footlong flatbread with teriyaki chicken and they put salami on it and when i tried to stop the girl... she blew me off and when the sub was all done the guy went to fold it and it all fell apart and crumbled. i have now paid for asub i am not going to eat because of incompetence!
