Fastest burrito wrappers in the northeast, hands down. On the serious side, heavily efficient at their jobs. As a fast food... worker myself I'm impressed at the level of focus and effort put into it, even in the face of the drive-thru rush that came injust before I ordered. I have not dined at a Taco Bell in at least 10 years. The hard shell taco and meaty burrito were fresh and tasty. Service seemed... slow for fast food. It was not crowded inside but the drive - thru may have been backed up. Read more

Two store employees had a altercation. Which one is I?m believing is a shift supervisor. Instead of handling it professionally... she calls her husband to the restaurant to address/threaten the other employee. After store hours she allows her husband toenter the store. Which I clearly think against Taco Bell rules. Only people allowed in store after lobby hours are employees. Tohave her husband/ baby daddy screaming and yelling outside the store is unprofessional. Stopped by Sunday 8/21 around 7/ish. My daughter and I ended up leaving Lake George late so chose take out. Drive thru was busy... but it was moving. Got our order, one main dish short. Went inside. And then I saw the chaos. People had been waiting there for30 plus minutes for an order. The nice man who I spoke to at the drive through said ?I?m sorry about that, I will put the orderin for you, and that they were very busy.? So I sat and waited. I was OK with it. Everyone else there wasn?t. They were allpretty nasty to the employees. I actually heard some specific comments directed towards the manager who was working her a** off.Consider making this place a take out only business for the time being. Everyone is short staffed. Consistently out of items like beef, chicken, black beans, etc. Most of my order came out lukewarm and hastily slapped together,... and also made incorrectly. I only gave two stars for service because of the one gentleman with glasses that works late nights.He was great. Half the soda machine broken. The place was dirty.The place was a train wreck. They where out of menu items. The cashier did... know how.to run the terminal and appear to be high. 40 minutes we waited and people that order after us got their order. Thepeople ithat where dining in where all upset. Many said the wouldn't come back. The Manger was swiping credit cards at thecounter. People at the drive through where getting their orders in a timely manner. I saw staff run into each out, redo ordersand waste time and motion. After 40 minutes for what was to be "QUICK SERVICE FOOD", I request a refund as I had not receivedmy food. The slow acting cashier said I don't know how to do that. The Manger came over and I told her we had other orders comeout that was order after us that came out over 10 minute ago. She scream that they are short staff. I said not my problem andI expect my order in a timely manner. That I thought that she had a train wreck in the back. She scream that I wasdisrespectful and why don't I apply for a job there. I replied that I was in management and I could do her job as it seem thatsee was failing at it. Got my money and left not to return ever to that store. My background is 45 years in restaurant systemand 25 years in management .worst example of how to deal with customer and management. I waited over 20 min to get my food. Once I got it the whole order was wrong. I paid $3.60 extra to get chicken tacos and they... gave me beef, The receipt says no sour cream and they put sour cream on everything. The kid must have been having a breakdown Ieven saw him punch a taco. They had one person making all the food for the lobby. The food prep station was a mess. I refusedletting them remake the order. Got my money back and went to McDonald's. I'm not sure why the manager was walking aroundinstead of helping the kid out. She said they are short staffed but there was 5 other people back there. Very bad service from ordering to receiving .every order was wrong , when asked to correct it heard them implying I was lying... .when I said feel free to check these but YOU will recoil fresh after handling my food ,they then began to correct.. But it took3 times if yet again returning to even somewhat get it right . finally after sheer frustration my family surrendered and leftwith out still receiving parts of our meals.. But we had no choice and honestly I've had enough by this time ..we were at thisstore around 2 today July 22 . now as for stock of lids and sauces .terrible ,when asked for that wagiven it . cleanliness ofstore BAD !! Under shelving is filthy with food product everywhere.what happened to our favorite place?? Tables not wiped down,store looks worse than what you would see in the worst part of a city ..
