I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered the quesadilla & taco meal with just MEAT AND CHEESE on the taco.... After 30+ minutes of waiting I got home and there was lettuce on my taco and a hair under the quesadilla. Why is it we just had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru at 11pm at night, now 11:37 pm just to find out they have nothing but... cheese?! The service was terrible, they were incredibly rude and all they had to offer was shells and cheese. Absolutelyridiculous, I have to be up incredibly early for work tomorrow and I just wanted to pick up food after a long day at work justto get an attitude, wasted time, and no food. Please for the love of god, call and exterminator!!!! The infestation of spiders is ridiculous. I don't even want to drive... through there with my windows up in fear one of those creepy crawling biting freaks shoots a sticky butt rocket onto my car andcome to my place. Its seriously bad!!! Ok taco bell location. It could improve but being cleaned better and having better product quality. Noticed food lids were... dropped on the floor and then put back on the container. Order was also wrong. Read more
Thanks for the over one hour wait in your barely busy drive thru! Just what I wanted to do with my night. And then the food was... made wrong - specifically upgrades that cost money so thanks for ripping me off at the same time. Also they gave me a diet sodaas if I cannot taste the difference. If I could give this Taco Bell a 0 , I would, I have been sitting from the order board before the speakers and then getting my... food exactly 48 minutes. 7 cars gave up in line and left. All I was getting was a lousy $ 5.00 classic box, 1 Burrito, 1 taco, 1Pepsi and 1 small bag of cinnamon twists. The cars in front of me each had only 1 order also, by the time we customers hit thatwindow our food should be ready to go This is not rocket science and I saw 5 people working in there. And why are they notwearing gloves, the first window is stocked high with glove boxes. Man you guys are terrible. Asked for a chalupa meal and I got 3 soft tacos and 1 hard. Can't be that ignorant to understand the... difference. I guess that's what your $16 minimum wage you gets you. Spent an hour in line for lousy service. Read more
