Im not one to usually write harsh reviews but what i experienced is Very unpleased with the perfesionalism of this... establishment. My coworkers and I ordered some chicken nuggets, burgers and fries for our lunchtime. When we went to pick up ourorder by the time we got back we had opened it up and were shocked. We found about a half inch corse black hair similar to apeubic hair. Ofcorse we immediately called and told them we will not be eating this and want a full refund. They were sorry andtold us to come back with the card used to pay. Upon getting there they had no recollection of the call we made about 15 minutesprior. The woman working the window was nice and tried to get here manager over to conduct the refund. The manager on duty wasslamming stuff and through what appeared to be a tantrum. Refusing to refund the entirety of the meal. I'm really comfused butif you ordered food in a restaurant and found a hair would you eat any of the other food? In short we were refunded $5 for a $27purchase after she told us to bring the card used to purchase but recieved less than1/5th of it in cash. We will not bereturning and we are considering reporting this to a health code regulator. Do not order from this establishment. Read more
Wendy's is a place where if you need somewhere to eat...its something, problem is line for the drive thru is AWFUL. Its huge it... goes out to the street. Food is meh, burgers are squished and fries are all over. I never went there for breakfast and I dontknow if it's any better than lunch/dinner. As I said, I would only recommend if your STARVING. Foods always great! They try to get people in and out as fast as they can. And most of all workers are very friendly
Generally speaking, I really enjoy Wendy's from time to time. Both my kids end up with stomach "issues" after eating there... So... I don't get there much, fries are better than McDonald's Read more

Historically, ordering here has been difficult because even with the most specific instructions you can give for a very basic... burger that just involves the burger, buns, and one topping, you'd still have to go inside and get it remade because it wouldn'tbe made like you asked for, and sometimes have to battle with staff. Ever since using the mobile ordering feature through theapp, this has been a really great experience that I'd say is worth it. I like Wendy's, and now I like ordering from here too,lol. Not that you won't still have to go inside and explain your order 8 times to someone as you watch them make somethingtotally different than what you ordered every now and then, but it's at least less frequent, and you can't be blamed for theirmistakes when even the receipt shows exactly what you ordered. I've come here for a long time, and the employees working herethese days have been pretty kind and friendly in my experience, so that's also great, I really enjoy that, rather than the sortof vibe that many former workers had. Recently, however, it seems like they've disabled mobile ordering at this location, andif you try to order anything at all, you'll get a server side error, and the code it gives is one that either points to theirsystem being down, or to mobile ordering being disabled. It's been about a week now, and so I'm starting to think it's probablyintentional, which is really unfortunate, because I could really go for one of their burgers right now lol. Easily a 4 or 5 starif they can get that back up. To update this review: about a day after posting this, there's no longer an error code whentrying to order from here, just a universal error. This happens through the website and the app, and all other stores nearbywork just fine, so I think that this confirms my suspicions of the restaurant manually shutting off their mobile ordering.
