I got 109 worth of food it was all ice cold 1 young kid in the kitchen and some girls in the front. understaffed I get but I've... never had worse food after spending that much :( everything was ice cold, I did get cake and ice cream. Ice cream was made firstafter a 25 min wait for 5 meals ice cream was half melted but good waited that long for food and it came out extremely cold,seems they need more staff ice cream cake was good. Love the food and treats, but the staff could definitely use more training. My cashier seemed under the influence and kept... looking past me while taking my order, as if she was talking to someone behind me even though I was the boy one there. Waittimes are too long. Always love DQ. Store looks a little bit old and out dated. Staff is trying their best. Unable to scan app for points. A little... slow for fast food. Some more cleaning needs to be done. That being said It still could be a great place to eat. Found a pieceof fuzz on my chicken strips & they offered a free meal. At least they are trying. Read more
