Went in with my crew after a long day of work looking forward to an easy Friday night meal and all of our orders were screwed... up. We tried calling to let them know and they did not answer. I believe they forgot about my door dash order. I ordered then drove to kfc which takes about 15 mins. I get there and he says... it's a 15 min wait. Everyone is going in and out w their food but I'm still standing there. He says another 9 mins. I'd probsay 20-25 min wait in total plus my 15 min wait when I was driving. Finally I get my food come home n it was the driest chickenever and they forgot my sauces. Don't order door dash you'll be last in line. Food wasn't good to wait that long. Read more
A big Goose egg for a raiting!! Always horrible service, mix ups and burnt chicken and fries! The food doesnt taste like it... should. Every other KFC i have EVER been to, it tasted the same. Even in Ontario! Not in Quesnel BC! It's a burnt orwatered-down gross taste! Even going through the drive thru, we still got cold fries! They refused to fix my order and I had toget upset and threaten to call their head office ro get this issue resolved and they still only offered a very small portion forrefund of their mess up. Friendly staff. The food was prepared quickly. You can only sit inside, there is a delivery service. Bad service, staff spent the entire 30min wait arguing with eachother, heard multiple instances of other customers orders being... handed out wrong etc. Get mind and to say I am unimpressed is an understatement. They forgot our gravy, and both mine and myfathers burgers were a joke Got the "famous bacon and cheese chicken sandwich" came with no bacon, a tiny peice of cheesethat's melted off the chicken, no condiments on the buns etc. Even got a picture of it whenever I figure out how to addpictures. It was busy but my order was up quickly and I was out the door within 7 minutes. Very clean inside great staff
