My first experience at Mr Mike's was awful! They messed up our burgers, remade them and then forgot the fries. We get the fries... and they where cold because they weren't fresh. If you are remaking a meal then remake the whole meal. It was about a 20 minutewait to get our remade burgers with the original fries from 30 mins before. Stone cold!!!! All we got was an apology for all themistakes as the manager put it and one free desert at $8.99. Needless to say I will not go back there ever again. Poor service,food was cold and mediocre and to top it off the Booth we sat it was dirty. There where pop stains on the walls and the lightfixtures where dusty and gross. I haven't had a bad experience with Mr mikes before. It's my favorite burger place has been for years. However tonight I'm a... little disappointed. My husband phoned and made an order and requested extra Mike sauce for my burger I usually get a littlecontainer of it .but tonight I did not and it was not even that much on my burger for sauce I was disappointed. I love Mikeburgers but tonight they just let me down by ignoring a request I've made since going to Mr mikes. I will still order here asthis was my first experience like this so I'm not gonna let it effect me eating here.just hopefully next time I can get my Mikesauce extra next time. Great food at Mr Mike's as usual. This particular experience came with entertainment. The waiter that served us was in way too... much of a hurry, during our visit watched him shoot utensils and food on the floor followed but some glasses and rounded up theshow with a few empty bottles smashed on the floor. Came here for a nice Canadian 10 PM steak. Instead I was met with mediocrity. The steak was okay. It was overcooked. admittedly... chewy, and any juices that had once been there were lost to the test of time. I specifically asked for a cheeseless potato. Youcan imagine how that went. I arrived at the steakhouse later than expected, and they had to remake my order. However, I havenobody to blame for that other than myself and maybe Mr Mike. My steak came with a sugar packet. What is the meaning ofthis. Steak: 1/5, Potato: 1/5, Carrot: 2/5, Sugar packet: 10/10 As I ate the sugar, I was put at ease, knowing that my moneyhad not been lost in vain. And with that ends my glorious saga at Mr. Mike's Steakhouse. I'm so happy that I could include youin this experience. Don't Enjoy. Read more

Updated: So i was reached by Sherri Reinhart who works for Mr Mikes. I never expected that the franchise would go to this... extent to rectify their mistakes. I was refunded for my drinks plus i was given a gift card. The communication was excellentfrom her. She or anyone else didn't even ask me to update or take down my review but great service deserves to be highlightedhence I'm updating my review here. Keep the excellent work guys. Really happy how the situation was dealt with. Not happy withthe service neither the food quality and portion. It was an expensive order placed online for a take out. When we got there topickup they told us that they don't do take out for drinks anymore because of COVID-19 and this should not have been an optionavailable online. Don't understand the concept here but we paid in advance so why not refund the money for the drinks. Serverwas rude and wasn't accommodating of the situation and brushed us off. We were greeted at the door by a pleasant hostess promptly. Seated right away and served shortly by our server. The food... and drinks were good for a sports bar type restaurant. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean. Definitely a solid place to meetfriends or guests for business. Read more
